Hey all, I haven’t had a chance to find my sweet spot yet, been so busy with work I forget all about these pheromones lol, well Im going to a club this weekend and I figured I might as well do a bit of research in the meantime and try out some different sprays. I currently have the following sprays all in to go bottles: Ammo,Turn Up The Heat, A314, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Instant Openess. All 1x strength, A314 is version A, and Turn up The Heat is 2.5mcg. So this weekend Im going to try the following: 2 sprays of Ammo to each wrist and rub my wrists together totalling 4 sprays of Ammo. 1 spray of Instant Shine to both left and right side of my neck, which equals 2 sprays of Shine, and lastly 1 or 2 sprays of Instant Openess to my throat. Not so sure if that’s good or bad I read that some people use up to 7 or 8 sprays of Ammo lol, but I’d like any feedback or helpful tips if possible. I plan on finding my sweetspot eventually lol, anyways thanks to everyone that can help. Take Care. ---

Its going to be next to impossible to offer advice on [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) quantity without you having done your sweet spot testing first. However, more generally - Ammo/IS/IO is a first class mix. I’d also suggest you get a bigger portion of those socials on to your wrists/forearms, unless you are going for strongest self effects? ---

Yeah I have to agree with mobocaster and say do a sweet spot test with ammo. I am 24 and only use 2 sprays of ammo(1x) both to chest. Anything more than that and I od on it. And trust me you dont want to od the first time you wear mones. Oh an be careful with TUTH ---

Thanks to all of you who responded, so I guess I’ll just tweek it up a bit and add the Shine to my forearms along with the openess. So Mobocaster do you think it would be better to spray two shines on my wrists two openess sprays on my forearms and I guess two sprays of Ammo on my neck? I might go with that instead, also I never factored in the self effects, I’ll have to look into what they are. Anyway guys thanks for all the help and feel free to leave any other comments or advice.
