# Order question

what do u mean when the order have a status of queued

Queued can mean a couple things:

If you paid by Money Order, then your order goes into queued until we receive it and cash it. Then your order is manually put into “processed” until it is cashed, and then after that, shipped out.

o speed up Money Order orders, the best thing to do is give us a call, and send the money order via some trackable method, like delivery confirmation or fedex. We will then attach the tracking number to your order so we know when it arrives, and then prepare your order in the meantime so that we can ship it once the MO arrives and is cashed.

Orders can also go into queued if you use a Paypal eCheck. Once the eCheck clears, the order automatically goes into processed, and then after that, gets shipped.
