# ordered ammo, help with use please

hey guys, i ordered my first bottle of AMMO.

im a freshman in college so i have a few questions. I wanna have ammo running all day, like a cologne, so how exactly should i go about doing this?

I leave my dorm at 9, and usually leave most of the social scene by 9 on weekdays. How often should i reapply? And where and how many sprays would be most effective??

Being that your 19 around the same age as me. I have found out that 3 sprays is way too much and makes people ignore me(ghost), but i have found out one spray max works well for me (two if i buffer it with IS). Most of the time i spray once on my wrists and rub together, as well as the front of my neck, seems to work that best. you can also spray it on your hair, back of neck, chest. As for how long the scent will last depends on the weather. the hotter the hot or colder the cold will have an effect on how fast the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) defuse into the air. i have found that in colder weather the smell last and is noticeable for up to 8 hours. When its warmer outside such as 85 i find that the smell lasts about 4 max.

if 30 ml=200 sprays @2.5 mcg of each mone per spray, then adding 5ml of DPG to the bottle will give you 233 sprays of 2.14 mcg each…that would last SLIGHTLY longer and at a slightly weaker dose.  
Of course if you can find a 60ml bottle and add an equal dose of dpg you’ll get 400 sprays that would last quite a bit longer at a dose of 1.5 mcg per spray…and a much weaker cologne scent allowing you to use more and cover a greater area.
