Hello outofoffice! There’s a whole testing procedure recomended for new users. You have to give your body time to adjust/adapt to the new pheros. I had a similar experience on the beginning and here is one of the most valuable advices I got about start using new products/pheros: "I suggest you test the [mones](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/instant-female-wardrobe-feedback/65020) solo for at least a week each straight. IShine for week 1(1 spray on day 1, 2 sprays next, 3 next and so on), IO on the next week and so on. The objective is for you to get the number of sprays that gives off the best effects for you and for others(this is the sweetspot). Another reason for trying them solo for a week is to avoid confusing both your body and the people you mingle with.
