So yea, as stated in the title, is over-usage possible? I’m not talking about using too much at once and ghosting (though I realize that ghosting could have more meanings, lol). I guess to refine my question and give a background at the same time:

So I’ve started using [pheromones](https://a314.com/) at work and just in general with fairly consistent success (the hits are usually small, but definitely makes work more enjoyable 🙄). And thus far I have been sorta mixing it up everyday mostly for experimental purposes to see what works best with the people I work with. However, I feel like in the end, there’s probably only about 2 or so hits that are useful (with the stuff I got for work specifically). Also I’ve read that if you use the same mones with people you see often, they could potentially recognize it. This is actually fine for me, however I’m thinking if they could have olfactory recognition, then could they also develop a form of immunity to the effects? Also there’s been many reports of the self effects diminishing over time, so if this can happen to you then could the same happen to the people who smell you as often as yourself (co-workers)?

With this in mind, are there any suggestions? Here’s are the possible methods I have in mind to potentially combat this (assuming it exists in the first place). Limiting to only 1-2 different mixes a week. Alternate each week with a minimum of 2 weeks in between reusing the old mix. This way they get 2 weeks to break off any accustomation (I not it’s not a word, but it conveys my thought 🙂) to the mixes used that week, kinda like muscle confusion applied to your olfactory.

As I was writing this, I noticed another possibly much simpler method. How, about using not worrying about mixing up mones signals, but instead focus of making the best of the mones, as in learn as much from the people (essentially learn how to master that 90% you part so that when you’re not using the 10% you can still achieve similar results). And then after a certain time, completely lay off on the mones using them only as boosters for especially bad or important days. I realize that this may be second nature to some but I will admit I have no street smarts and I am very bad at reading people all the while be a people pleaser (with limits of course).

But yea, if someone would just state that I am fretting too much and this is most likely never happen, then that would be great, 😃. Thank everyone for all your input. 🙂

I’m not entirely sure I can tell if my pheromones have decreased in effect… It’s difficult to tell. However, I’ve been using them for years, so I’m pretty sure that A314 has at least lost some of its “wow” factor and certainly isn’t any sort of surprise to the people I’m frequently around. But the thing about A314 is that I kind of like that it’s just become a regular modifier for the way people act toward me. I’ve also used Instant Shine enough that those closest to me now just tell me that I smell good quite frequently, rather than the original, “damn! you smell so fresh and good that you remind me of a commercial for toothpaste” or other such ridiculous comments/hits that you can get. However, they still seem to work about as well with people who aren’t exposed to them as often.

This type of thing is sometimes reported, a kind of desensitization, although it’s mentioned under a variety of different names, which I’d guess are more or less markers of degree. And thus, given that people here are great problem-solvers, the discussion has often turned to ‘how to prevent desensitization’. Some have suggested adding either **TAF** and **P79** (two chemicals that also seem to have powerful effects alongside their potential to overcome pheromone desensitization… so you might want to check out the reports on them before you use these [experimental pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/product-category/advanced-pheromones/experimental-pheromones/) for just this specific purpose).

Like you mentioned, cycling your use also has a lot of potential but there’s a lot to be said for letting pheromones become a sort of additional identifier for your presence. People recognize you by it. That said, it’s definitely a good idea to cease use every once in a while… I mean, there are a lot of situations that it’s really best not to be using -mones. Using large amounts of mones when you’re around family tends to be rather bizarre, especially if they are sexual. After my experiences with pheromones I’ve grown increasingly interested in what my own natural smell is. I know I sound like a total weirdo (any haters can shove it), but I actually enjoy sniffing my armpits after I lift or have sex sometimes. While I love augmenting my pheromone profile, I also find my natural one fascinating and important… I think it’s a good idea, if for no other reason, just to get a good sense of your natural profile. It helps as reference for your use of pheromones and it’s also kind of grounding in a way, like you get back to the base of smells that you’re working off of after a while. Even if you shower thoroughly everyday with good soap, hot water, etc., healthy people sweat a lot, and thus unless you are obsessive compulsive or just a toootal clean-freak, you’ll end up having to work with your natural pheromone signature. I think it’s worth mentioning that I’m pretty sure that by using pheromones consistently for years now, my natural signature has changed a little bit along with it. I don’t remember sniffing my pits and them smelling sweet and, well… worth smelling at all. They used to just be nasty. However, maybe it’s just my prolonged exposure to powerful pheromones in general that allows me to enjoy the smell. I can’t honestly say for sure.

I apologize for getting off topic 😛 but search the forums for more information on the upkeep of your pheromones’ potentiality. For this and many other topics, try using synonyms for what you’re looking for (in this case check out [thesaurus.com](http://thesaurus.com) entry for “desensitization” or something) or think of other ways you might describe it. Doing so also may help you view the idea in new ways, thus helping to solve your problem. That’s been my experience with great forums, anyway. Just a little tip, take it or leave it. 🙂

Hope my post helps you out, and good luck keepin’ your phero-sig fresh. And certainly _don’t_ worry about it too much. I mean do you really have to have people be in some sort of state of shock or awe upon being in your presence everytime they see you? That’s fun in the beginning, but after a while it can just get annoying. It seems that usually, unless people are exposed to it over rather extreme lengths of time, you shouldn’t get yourself twisted over it. Often people are just getting used to it, and the exposure over time can help attribute the feelings it evokes to your presence; and thus the effects are associated with you… which is obviously a positive change if they like those associations.

I wouldn’t say they become immune to it. They still get the signal and feeling from it they just become conditioned to there response to that feeling. Eventually the feeling is less conscious and more subconscious.

Its human nature with anything that we are exposed to everyday really.

If your going for a general behavior change or enhancement you can stick to using your favorite effective products. If your going for sexual attraction or developing a more intimate relationship with someone you see all the time you may want to rotate a little just to keep it in her consciousness but you also have to act when those responses to that vibe occur.

Self effect diminish because your exposed all the time. Others are not.

Basically this is what mones are for. They are a tool for enhancing communications and evoking behaviors. You can use them everyday but they are only one form of communication. If you do not act on the opportunities that they evoke then they wont do you much good.

Generally what I do is I have 2 or 3 base formulas that are my favorites. I always wear those. I rotate what I use with it. So take [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) for instance. That’s my basic vibe. Sexy confident strong then I work around that vibe with different molecules to enhance it depending on my needs and expectations that day.

I keep a little Ishine handy for those unexpected moments because Ishine is good in every situation.

I also take 2 days off a week from using mones at all just to keep it fresh and real.

For special occasions I have a few combos I like to wear that I dont use all the time.

number 9 suggestion of TAF and P79 is also good. These seem to intensify and amplify your signature. You could wear your A314 every day and on special occasions amp it up with one of these.

The most important thing about using mones is not to sit around waiting for them to work but to learn to work your mones. Use them to enhance and expand your self so if a day comes along and you forget to put them on it wont matter. You already conditioned people to respond to you in the way your desire.
