So today, I got my first overdose on Instant gentlemen. Although I’ve gotten two overdoses before. Today just made work really really shitty. coworkers being bitchy. Smart ass comments. Pain in the ass to get after they’ve been putty in my hands. So to explain how I overdosed. Today at 11am I put on two IG and two IS. At 5pm after I showered. Just ran under cold water for 15 minutes. Same thing two IG and two IS. And its been over 100 degrees all day. Was around 80 degrees in the store. Hopefully I can repair some bitchiness from coworkers. ---

Did you try the same mix again? IG at 2 sprays with buffers isn’t too much from what I’ve experienced, and I’ve used it in humid heat in conjunction with MX301. Sometimes too much Androsterone could make you snippy, but the irritability from others doesn’t typically happen unless you have Androstenone on. ---

Yeah, like Mustang mentioned that doesn’t seem like enough to cause someone to overdose, especially since you showered between applications and IG doesn’t contain Androstenone (as far as I know). ---

I don’t think you can OD IG with only 4 sprays. It could be a none buildup. And dont forget rone can become nols and nols can become none. Did you use none products in the past days? ---

That’s a lot harder than it really is. From my experiences for that conversion to happen he would have had to be soaking in bacteria and the application points not exposed to open air to convert right into -enone. The buildup does happen because -enone is a fixative in itself but that’s also looking at almost a 24 hour window. ---

Perhaps it’s not actually the IG itself, But more around your behaviour WHILST wearing IG. I know from personal experience i’ve had horrible days at work before whilst wearing IG. If i act what id consider normal (Like i do with all my other mones) i found customers thought i was full of myself, You know the the type of people who think there all that and more but in reality its just a front AND YOU KNOW IT lol well im pretty sure thats the vibe i was giving off because people seemed real bitchy towards me. But i found if i picked up my stature and became assertive in the way i talked it was a whole different story. ---

how do you wash off the nones to prevent build up? just soap and water is fine? ---

Hard, but certainly not impossible. Albeit it would be difficult to do, but all the same 100 degrees is pretty darn hot. With rone I’ve always felt that their was a certain threshold for users who could actually OD on it. Doesn’t actually have to convert into none to be an OD though. Too much of anything can be bad and give you that OD effect. Rone has this presence about it that says I’m the boss. Now mix in heat which tends to make most humans a bit agitated and then add work and then add a hot stuffy work place and you get yourself a nice bitchy attitude. On that same note, I think most people working in those types of conditions would have been bitchy anyway but you were projecting I am the leader attitude. When you project that attitude you also have to be able to take the dialect that goes with being a leader and as such diffuse it or let it effect you. Sounds like it would have been a crappy work day anyway and you were simply the one they took it out on. And that my forum friends is why emphasis on congruency is stressed around here 🙂 ---

Thinking about the past few days. I havent been really showering correctly. Just standing under the cold water for 15 minutes. I’ve been chillin in the sauna at my gym for 10-30 minutes at a time after a day of wearing mones and I reek way more than I normally do after being drenched in sweat. Probably has been a build up. Used a314 the day before at 3 drops and two days before that. same thing. No soap (I know but Ive woken up late three days in a row for school/work so I was in a rush) ---

That could be a general Androstenone buildup, you’re 20 so that’s really very feasible.
