Yesterday i have tryed my first mix. Couple days ago i had a first date with one girl of 24, we had a great time together, sex was great… She couldn’t wait to meet me again… So yesterday, before to go to pick her up, i putted one drop of A316 om my jawlines, one spray of ammo on each side of my neck, one spray TUTH on adams apple and again twoo sprays on my chest. Then one spray 2x IS on back side of my neck, and twoo sprays on each of my forearms… But, the couple of minutes afther she got into my car, i felt she got in a slightly bad mood… She started to speak about some problems, while on the phone that day, not long before that she was in sutch a horny mood! That didn’t kept for very long time, becouse i steered the conversation another way and made her laugh… When we got at my place, we talked a little bit, but somehow i felt that i always must cheer her up for some reason. Ok, we had great sex again, we had a good time together, but somehow not like the first time we met…She was slightly sad without any particular reason… Maybe i dranched myself in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) too much? ---

24, approx 10mcg of None and very little by way of buffers - really only 2.5mcg Anol from [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), yes maybe it was too much - or too immediately horny. A little more socials may have helped promote a more pleasant mood first. IS does help but it is not as good a buffer/moderator as some others and A314 around younger women is always fickle - Although you seem well on track with just one drop. ---

Just use the A314 or A314/IS fir work - Both of those are excellent but it is best to sweet spot A314 on its own as it can take longer to get used to compared to other pheros. Don’t spray the IS over your A314 as this will mess with diffusion, badly. If you apply your A314 oil over a thin layer of good quality, triclosan-free lotion, the skin wil be barriered and you will get more like 10-12hrs out of a single app. Use the least amount of lotion possible to cover your app points and give it a couple of minutes to sink-in. Add the sexual towards the end of the day, or when things are getting more relaxed. 🙂 ---

The oil scent settles very light after a while - which is part of what makes it so good for work. Also try applying it somewhere less prominent than your jawline. Just below the ears gives brilliant diffusion but with less scent to yourself, or behind ears/temples and even wrists, although you do lose a bit of diffusion and any self effects there.
