# Ovulation Cycle

What’s the easiest, the most accurate, and most tactful way of determining when a woman is ovulating?

Well you would really need to know when there cycle starts and finishes and how long it is to determine that.

Usually, if a women gets regular periods on a 28 day cycle they are fertile starting 10 to 14 days after the first day of there menstruation. Ovulation will last about 24 to 48 hours. I know your asking due to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) but for those younger guys who may read this and not know… that small window doesn’t mean people cant get pregnant outside that time frame. Sperm deposited can live up to 5 to 8 days and sometimes longer inside a women so your sperm will wait for her egg to show up.

Keep in mind if they are on the pill which a very large percentage of women 18 to 30 are they do not ovulate at all.
