# P103 day 1 at 25mu: felt hyper and finally got my paper written

First lemme copy my initial report on P103 since it touches on things we’re beginning to dicuss here:

As far as substituting alphanol or betanol for P103, I think they all do something different. With my sensuality formula, which includes MEO-EST, I have used both alphanol and P103 at the same time. They both add something different and quite positive. I’d probably leave out the alphanol before I’d leave out the P103, but they both add something important. Alphanol is romance; P103 is relaxation, disinhibition. Betanol would be bonding. In this context, I have needed more than 25mcg P103 to really notice it.

I am just beginning to experiment with P103 though, and I need to buy more. I am also curious about whether it is energizing or sedating. There are mixed reports. Perhaps it is kinda like alcohol, which is technically a neural depressant, but it depresses the inhibitions first with paradoxical results.
