**P114 Test #3** 3 Sprays **App Points:** back of head, both sides of neck, rubbed wrists on application point **Venue:** Home / Office / Drive to Clients **Temp:** Mid 80s degrees F. Bright with high clouds. - Humidity @ 25 % **Application Time:** 10:10 am First Application - re-applied every 3 1/2 to 4 hours until about 5:30, last application. **Self-Effects:** Confidence was still there after application. Before, was a bit run down but working from home. Had family stop by in the morning. D is her letter and she’s about 34. I had not seen her and kids in a while so I talked for a while. I was actually on my way out but decided to stay a little while to attend to the visit. I decided to apply the P114 at this time. I felt that confidence and continued our convo and asked about her back. She has had back problems forever because of her large cup sizes and said her chiropractor helped but still had tension and pain in her shoulders. I offered to work on them a bit before I left for work. She was a bit surprised but was very willing 🙂. I’ve given her messages before so I know where she keeps her tensions. Spent about 30 minutes on her neck, shoulders and some of her back. She loved it. Because she was relaxed, I think, she was very chatty about cooking and other things she was going to be doing that day. I felt a focus on the accupressure points that I was working on and the stretches that flowed easily. Not sure if P114 contributed to her chattiness, she was more so, I thought, when I returned with the P114. Work at the office felt fine, smooth, not a start and stop to get in the rhythm. Ready from the get go! I didn’t feel miffed or irritated, which I normally do, when I have to pick up someone else’s slack. I had to do a supply run to an engineer in Culver City and I was in the city of Walnut. Man, anyone who lives in LA knows it’s a crap shoot driving around the 405 freeway. I was ready to just get it done and punched in my destination, a Childrens’ clinic, into my GPS and took off. Helped out the engineer and my thought processes were tickin’ effortlessly. Drive to and from were somewhat traffic laden, but wasn’t fazed by it. Normally, would be a bit irritated with it. Day went by fast, got work done.
