Hi all! I have not been on here in a while. I’ve had alot going on where I was very distracted. Am happy to report that I am in a much better place mentally and can now get back into my interest in experimenting with [pheromones](https://a314.com/). At the beginning of this year I made a purchase and received as a freebie P130. I used it but never documented the results so I started using it again this week. Product name,scent and strength: P130, Neroli fragrance (6%), 5 mcg per spray Application dosage and locations: one spray on the neck and wrists Environment tested in: At home Self effects: a sense of calm…relaxing. Effects to others: N/A Duration of effects: 4 hours Effects from mixing with other products: Did not mix yet Range: N/A Time exposure:N/A I suffer from anxiety and every time I wear this I feel very calm. Any anxiety I’m feeling goes away within 5 minutes and lasts for about 4 hours. Later this week I will see how it affects others around me but just based on the fact that it calms me I’d like to know if this is available for sale and under what name? ---

Well, you started your thread in the right section of the forum. I would suggest you leave a private message to " Dee A. " asking that the title of this thread be changed to “Silverfox’s journal” or something to that effect. This way, this specific thread will become your journal. Then, you may post all your future reports as replies of that same thread. This allows for great interaction from other users. And lets everyone follow your progress. If you want examples of what a journal looks like, you have some awesome journals in this women’s journal section, like Lillian, curiouschica, somechick, brasileira, etc. Feel free also to have a look at my journal in the men’s section and my fellow male users journals as well.
