# P74 and P83 mcg measurements?

Hey guys,

I’m fairly new to the whole [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) thing (actually bought some IH, IS, IO, MX413) and have been testing them out (journal coming to a pherotalk forum near you!) and have had some questions concerning the putative series.

I’m 21, 176 lbs, 5’8, Asian, and I normally socialize with people within my age group (20 - 25 year olds).

I’m trying to get the right amount of MCG for P74 and P83 to attract girls around my age (but who wouldn’t want a cougar sugar mama?) but I don’t know which amount to get.

I’ve read a bunch of testimonials and journals, but most of them are from people who have a solid 5 to 10 years (plus sometimes) of age on me.

What’s a good dosage to start at for these two?

Oh and I guess it’s some what related, but what scents would you guys suggest? Neroli or Chocolatini?

Neither of these are particularly age affected pheros, so just get your mcg to match a range of doses from the lower to upper limits and start testing. I’d sugest 7.5mcg for [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) and 10mcg for P83 to start with. Once you have established your best doses for a range of applications, you can buy in higher concentrations if needed.

As for scent - Stick to neroli, for a whole lot of reasons, not least that its light/complementary properties for many other scents means you can use a much wider dose range compared to almost all the other scents. Again, once you have your best doses, you can more easily tailor your scents.

1:4 ratio of [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) to P83 works great to keep the flirty/sensual effects of P83 for attraction purposes - and you don’t need a high dose of P74 to see its effects. So I’d say get the P74 at 2.5mcg and P83 at 10mcg so you can experiment with a lot of dosages to find the one that suits you.

I would start with each one individually. I know that’s not what you wanted to hear, but trust me it works better that way. Like for me, [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) gets me the most consistent hits at 60+mcg. Now I know that whenever I use P83 i make sure to spray 60 mcg. (I have a 30mcg bottle)
