# P74, P79, P83 starter dosages?

I was thinking 5mcg, 25mcg, 25mcg respectively… Then with whatever levels, how many sprays? Similar to an IS topoff?

25mcg P79! 😮

Are you looking to get lamped? What do you want them to complement?

Ptherwise, you are far better starting with a very basic dose and working-up. Most of the rest of us did. 🙂

Ah… slang help please? Haha. OK. 10 all around a good start or say 5. I like the light neroli, doesn’t compete with other scents

[P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) never agreed with me then today I tried only 1 spray of 10 mcg and it did… It could be I just can’t wear a lot of it.
