# P74 & P83 Dosage??

Hello all!

I got some p83 and p74 to try (everyone here seems to really like them) I’m not sure if I got a strong enough dosage though.

I bought both Grapefruit scented at 10mcg but haven’t really noticed much when using either one by itself.

Was just wondering what dosages people have been testing these at and if there are particular mones that go well with p74 and p83.

I plan to order more, just wanted to know what strength is recommended.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

i use about 2 sprays of p74@25mcg (so 50mcg total) and for p83 i use one (sometimes two) spray@25mcg

Hey there!

I have p74 10mcg Grapfruit too. I used three sprays (30mcg total) with excellent results! I’m kinda young though (I’m not sure how much age plays a factor in dosage, but I think that means I’d need less?). I’ve tested with four sprays and my results were not as good. I’m going to do more testing with higher dosages though. I just started using p74, so I still need to play with it more to make sure my results are consistant. The last three entries in my journal are all about p74 if you want to check those out 🙂.

These are test products and what we need to know if how much works for you and what effects you see with them.

Start with 1 spray and work up till you start to notice effects. Self effects are important but what we are looking for are reports of effects to others. Its not always easy to pick up on these so use them around people you know so you will see behavoir changes and patterns .
