12.5 mcg’s

I also forgot to add how long the self effects last. On me, they last about 3 hours with the “intense” feeling, and about an additional hour or a little over an hour without the “intense” (perhaps “really noticeable” is a better phrase) feeling. Like, the effects really “smooth out” before they leave, and I’m not really sure if they left, or perhaps I become adjusted to them ,and the effects really are over after 3 hours and I just continue them. Don’t know yet.
