This morning my GF & me went to enjoy a spa session. We had to take a train to reach the place. Before we left, I sprayed 3 times [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) on my neck. During the trip there was a very hot girl in her early 20’s sitting near us reading a book. She stared at me three times in a 20 minute time lapse!😮 I find it quite unusual, because I could be 10-15 years older than she was, and I was talking with my GF. She looked at me in the eye for some good 6-8 seconds and I hold her look back. That happened 3 times! My GF didn’t notice anything, but that young woman was making, what I understand as, intense eye contact, so I asume that she was, at some level, interested.

How many mcg was that? I assume it is 12.5 default to-go bottle 🙂

Nice hit! And how can your gf not notice anything at all 😃

Maybe the GF was caught up in the phero cloud too. Or maybe she noticed and just didn’t say anything. Anyway, good hit. Keep the reports coming. I’m interested in [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) as a cheaper EST alternative.

Are you THE Tyler Durden? Or just impersonating him?

It was 10 mcg in a 30 ml bottle, so I sprayed 30 mcg.

I don’t know how she couldn’t notice something like that, it was really obvious.

No, I’m not THE Tyler Durden. I’m spanish, european. I think you should’ve notice it reading my posts. I’m just a Brad Pitt and “Fight Club” (favourite movie) fan. Two weeks ago I discovered what was the game, the mystery method and so. I searched Neil Strauss’ book (in Spain called “El Metodo”) and I read it in 3 days. I found it really interesting.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Haven’t really been on the boards lately so haven’t read many of your posts. I read _The Game_ through too, and checked out the Mystery Method.

Fascinating stuff. But ultimately kind of creepy, and not what I’m looking for. For a few weeks after reading that stuff my mental vocabulary totally changed (even if I didn’t use the vocabulary in conversation). PUA, AMOG, AFC, HB, Neg, set, open, close, etc. It’s kinda fun, but not something I really want to incorporate into my persona.

On the other hand, I’ve gotten to listen to some of David DeAngelo’s Advanced Dating seminar CDs, and those are awesome. You should definitely check them out.

Hm… doing some research apparrently EST has a “cute” or “little birdie with a broken wing” effect, especially useful for women. P74 is said to be similar to EST in effect. I may have to try out this [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) myself to see what it does do.

I think EST is mostly a female pheromone, since it’s a metabolite of estrogen. Of course men make estrogen too as a byproduct of testosterone metabolism but I’m not sure if they’d actually make EST in significant quantities. Perhaps P74 is not female like EST?

This study claims that EST and androstadienone both lower the mood states in men, BTW: [Psychological state and mood effects of steroidal …[Horm Behav. 2000] - PubMed Result](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10712859?dopt=Abstract) Obviously you reported no lowered mood states from using P74, right?

damn, EST causes depression like the -dienone in IFM? i remember tater mentioning wearing upwards of 700mcg in his EST mixes. i was actually gonna try out that combo but if it’s anything like the -dienone, at 700mcg i don’t think i’ll be able to handle it. (not to mention it EST is quite expensive to begin with)

It may not be the exact same feeling as IFM, though. I’ve never tried EST, I’m just reporting that one study found that EST produce some negative mood in men It may be about context, too. In the absence of the proper social cues, some [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) may have very different effects. I’ve heard that other men report positive mood from EST, looking through the archives, so who knows.

A possibility is that EST has something to do with female-to-female bonding? Anyways, P74 definitely sounds interesting, doesn’t seem to have any side effects, and I’ll put it on my “to try” list.

Right. But I think it was Mark-in-Dallas who reported feeling really tired when tha [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) effect ended (about 4 hours).

that’d be similar to coming down from the IS high or IO high.

i haven’t noticed much tiredness from using p74 so far. max dosage is about 5 sprays 10mcg.

speaking of which, anyone OD on p74 b4? does it cause motor mouth like IO or some other effects?

Yeah, aside from eventual tiredness for some users (especially the sleep deprived ones!), there seems to be no major side effects from p74. Nothing at all like the (sometimes suicidal) depression some guys get from Pherin’s androtadienone molecule.

That’s good news… very good news, actually. It’s good that safer alternatives to otherwise powerful (but sorta dangerous) [pheromone molecules](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are developing.

I’d call EST more of a “baby” effect. Sweet, gentle and cuddly. Considering where the studies say it’s concentrated in a woman’s body, it makes sense.

I don’t quite know why [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) does what it does, but it does look a good deal different to a third party observer. I’ve seen it used on male friends I’ve accompanied. Sometimes they get quite a bit of attention, but not in the way a baby would.

EST standalone is sort of outside of sexual territory, but P74 doesn’t seem to be. P74 isn’t, of course, as sexual as something like manbeast stinky androstenone. I’m just saying it seems to more sexual, or least not outside sexuality. It has more tension and an interest aspect. EST you definitely need to steer into the sexual zone. It’s almost too cozy and comfortable feeling.

I guess it is “comfortable”, but just not as comfortable as EST. EST is more like a group hug. A really lovely feeling.

I’m 100% agree with you Jasmin. I didn’t feel like that attractive woman wanted to just cuddle me. There was, at least, sensuality in her look, some kind of interest on knowing me.
