Nice report.

Yeah, I find P74 is like instant happiness. Makes me feel good, yet peaceful and a bit outgoing. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is more of high energy plus a dash of happiness.

I find about 15 to 20 mcg to be the sweet spot for bang vs. buck. Yet to take it higher than 20.
