# P75, IJ, IS, just got it!! Help

Just received my order of [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/), IJ and IShine, I know i should test P75 by itself, but should i just do one spray, two sprays, I am a 44yr old man…

Everything I’ve seen about [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) suggests that less is more with the stuff and that it is very easy to OD on, so probably one spray is right to start off with, then build-up till you find your limit.

What mcg did you get?

Then 1-2 sprays max to start with - I’ve seen folk in our age range say that even 5mcg is pushing into OD territory.
