For the self-effects are 2,5 mcg more as enough. You have a higher self-esteem, less negative inner talk, better self-effects, more alpha… With 5mcg you see also light but unconstant attraction effects. Hours later the effects are more constant, you see also space reducing effects on women. More kino for example. Males are light intimidated. If you go higher (mcg) the effects are more obvious. You need 30mcg to see incredible attraction effects on women, stares (close range) are over the top (both on males and women), incredible upbeat effects on women. But attention, at this dose you need buffers (Alpha Androstenol and or Androsterone). Males goes out of the way. At 10mcg+ my heartbeat is faster. All in all, [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) is like Androstadienone on speed (or better Androstadienone with Androstanone), attraction for the girls and guys cannot stand it (at 5mcg+)… You can counter the male problematic with P97, ratio 1(P75):2(P97) or 1:4. With this combo the guys like you, buddy, buddy effects (best with 1:4 ratio)… Strange, but true… But also weakens the attraction effects on the girls. But don’t underestimated the social proof effects. The girls see that the guys likes you… 2,5 - 5mcg P75 are no problem with none. But high P75 with high none already… ---

Have you tried combing it with [P93](https://a314.com/product/p93/)? P93 is works well as a means of lightening females moods. I’d be interested to know what the combined effects would be. ---

I’m soooo jealous of you JH! I wish I had half of your perception on these things. I don’t know how you sort these details out. I NEVER get self-effects from anything except [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/). I only need 2.5mcg for the self-effects. I love P75 for the self-effects alone!!! The only thing I can add is that for self-effects, P75 goes nicely with any combo. I’m gonna wear 10mcg tomorrow. Thanks JH! ---

Not yet, but I think it must works. [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) is not like none. 20-40mcg P93 is magic on blondes and males. P75 with P93, could be like P75 with P97. ---

I did what I said I was going to do. And I’m still not gonna apologize! 😃 That was 12 sprays of 2.5! Wheeeeew! Nothing to report that would make your day, though. I ran this mix as I went to one of my favorite eating holes. Normally, it’s packed with teachers, nurses, and all OTHERS. Someone must have had a bad case of gas, 'cause there was nothing of EYE INTEREST in the joint today! Dammit! I ran into this older lady that I normally run into every now and then. She normally speaks, answers, and that’s it. A table away, the questions was fired at me, one right after the other. And I swear on a pot of burnt beans, it looked like she was sitting over there trying to think up questions to ask me! Out of the two years of seeing her, this has NEVER happened. I was getting lots of male stares! Could have been my musculars, could have been my lack of hair, they could have wanted some of my salad, but there was no toilet tissue stuck to my shoe, so … I don’t know. Well, I’m afraid that’s it, Pervs and Pervettes! 🙄 G’day! 😉 ---

Jesse told me about the higher effects of [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) too, unfortunately with my bottle I didn’t have enough to go on. I’m actually going to try and pick up a to-go on testing it out, but I have so much more on the lineup I can’t even do anything yet. ---

My guess at the translations is … you can wear -none with 2.5 to 5 mcgs of [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) … anything higher than 5 mcgs of P75, you need a buffer. ---

20mcg [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) + 40 mcg P97 worked great for me in the Gym ! It´s what JH described above ! Buddy Buddy from all the guys .. and they ask you to hang out with them .. i´ve already postet about this in another thread .. how went things out M+M … have you tried P75 in higher doses again ?
