So I used P75 again today at work. I’m really starting to fall in love with this stuff. Today I used my sweet spot (seems to be 1 spray of 12.5 mcg P75). Thought I would add Ammo SE to the mix to maybe add more of a younger vibe to it. I combined the two today. My best way to describe how P75 for me and people my age is “a bro in a bottle.” The Ammo SE didn’t really seem to affect my male friends at work at all other than less busting of the balls, but the “taken aback” effect I experienced with females P75 alone yesterday changed to “taken aback… but I want to be your friend for some reason” from all the girls. I did the same as yesterday. Lotion 10-15 min prior, misting technique with 1 spray. This is in truth equals less than 12.5 mcg since some [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are obviously going to escape in the air, but 1 spray misting style has been PERFECT for me. Didn’t need to spray more either, the lotion seriously extends the life of pheromones, almost two-fold, and it seems to help when I sweat a lot to keep the mones in check. Would whole heartedly recommend lotion as a primer for everyone! So my step father had the same reaction. We had what I would a consider a man-to-man yet light hearted conversation. Just about my car troubles. He was just giving me a bunch of advice on whether or not I should stick with my manual car or go back to automatic. He wasn’t looking for my approval today. It seems the Ammo buffered that effect out. Matter of factly, Ammo seems to completely buffer out the effect of males trying to do anything for you for approval. I’m a rather humble person, so I didn’t like this effect and the Ammo got rid of it. The P75 gave me the initial bro-ness, but I think the Ammo fine tuned it, probably added some mild aggression from other males to the mix, and didn’t make every dude out to kiss my ass like they did yesterday. I really like it actually. At work was great. Managers were very talkative to me today, at least the male ones. Just had some genuine man conversations, if that makes sense lol. One even walked past me unexpectedly and gave me a purple nurple. Like I said, this stuff is like bro in a bottle. It even makes men who should normally be strict with you be bro-like towards you. Was weird coming from a manager, but funny haha. A lot of the guys I work with are Hispanic and that’s normal for them and me (lots of horseplay), so I wasn’t too weirded out. My male co-workers were just the same as yesterday. Just a BIT less talkative, and like I said, probably because of the alpha from Ammo SE signature. WAS NOT BAD THOUGH. They were nicer than usual and honestly seemed more genuinely interested in what I had to say. Normally I talk to someone at work, and they have to walk away to do something. Seems like most of the dudes at work would put whatever aside to listen to me. Female co-workers were a little different today. One, who never talks to me, was actually pretty friendly towards me and even started a conversation with me about my old phone and how a new study came out saying that a woman’s interest in a man is actually more affected by what phone he has than by how he looks. Interesting, right? Looks like my next big purchase is an iPhone. XD They had a slight “Oh shit, he’s actually manly” vibe, but the Ammo SE definitely worked some magic this time. It laxed that effect so that the girls at work actually wanted to talk to me too rather than see me as an authority figure. Very nice combo for a work, yet social environment. Great for waiters or food industry workers. A few more IOIs than usual. I would count the girl above as an IOI because that was extremely out of the ordinary. Had a few looks from some girls at work, but that was it. It was dead though today since it started sleeting outside. I didn’t up my dose tonight and was happy to see the “let’s bust his chops” effect didn’t come from my friends in the least. Usual horseplay and joking around, but nothing annoying like last night. It was a very successful day with this mix! 😃 Even when I left, like… 5 people were actually disappointed I was leaving lmfao. REALLY weird. Thomas, the manager on duty, said I was cut. One of the bartenders, female, age 24-27, blonde, made a puppy dog face and told Thomas not to cut me since she really liked when I worked. Thomas said “I really like him too, but the weather isn’t permitting it.” Then one girl, who I take as too bubbly and off, was like “Oh…you’re leaving? …fine. Bye.” I just started laughing. Not a bad day. I’m really starting to like P75 and I’m glad I’m taking my reports seriously to see what effects these putatives or other products entail. More reports coming guys! Edit: I also forgot to note (I posted this in another thread) that it seems I couldn’t make eye contact with any of my tables today and I got tongue-tied randomly. I don’t know if I should attribute this to the P130 elements of Ammo SE, the Ammo SE itself, or me being preoccupied with doing my analysis. ---

It was reported in another recent thread that, according to John S. with AD, Summer AMMO no longer contains [P130](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p130/), just androstenone, androsterone and androstenol. Try increasing your AMMO in 1 spray increments to 5, or 12.5 mcg -eNone without buffers. You’ll get attention alright. Don’t even worry about that. Although personally my best hits come from a 1:10 ratio of eNone to P75. 10 mcg eNone is really a club mix that shines a spotlight on me when I walk through the door. ---

If its the thread Im thinking of, Im pretty sure it was just people misunderstanding his post, and he was talking about the different scents of regular ammo (akuto, FF21, FF22) all having the same phero ingredients, not regular Ammo, summer ammo, etc I bought [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) not even a month ago and the difference in effects between it and normal ammo has been huge. ---

p75 on its OWN attracts mainly men into my life who look up to me. Its as if your a leader in a gang with the highest pecking order. Some men are intimidated and will not approach. Very confident men will seek you out and look up to you. Very few will question you. I don’t really care for the effects of p75 on its own but I use it this way for the first 2-3 hrs before I add in ammo and socials. All mones off the bat and I don’t get the positive self effects from 75. So I have to add mones into the mix at the right time. p75 lasts forever (like 6-7 hrs) on the skin so it doesn’t upset me spraying it on so early.
