TAK theory

WOW! Thanks Warren! Soon I would have been looking to see what results others were getting, and I am sure I would have came across the 1st thread you noted. I would have eventually gotten to the second one, when I searched for TAK and TAA.

I was amazed by the first thread.

I will not quote anything from it, if others want to know they can read it! 🙂

My reports and feelings seem to mirror what the gist is in the thread.

Common terms used: CALM and SMOOTH there was also many other descriptions used that mirror my feelings for TAK. Before you posted, I had a conversation via email with someone about TAK. Here is an excerpt from me and what my thoughts were:

> [@](#):
>
> Have you used TAK at all? I am using it and really like it. When using it so far, I have noticed that as a self effect I seem to be more efficient at everything I do. Even if I do not know exactly what I am doing, I do it with an assuredness that would not normally be present. I have 2 theories as to why.
>
> 1. It calms me down in a way that I do not yet understand. Not like it calms my anxiety. Just creates a peace and stable ultra productive mindset.
> Or
> 2. It removes barriers and limitations that are in place subconsciously. Not completely of course, but soft ones, like the fear of not doing well at something you are not used to doing.

After reading the lengthy post mentioned, I think I have more clearly defined what I feel that it does. Now keep in mind, I do not have the wonderful psychological insights that you may have, so it may not be put in the best light! LOL (The thread gets deep!)
A note that I would like to document: I am Auditory Digital. I believe that when I was young I was not this way, but due to my upbringing, I chose AD as my primary representational system to protect me from criticism and ridicule. Mainly from my step father. Although I have not looked in depth for much to support this theory, learning to listen to myself and pay attention to others, mainly because of pheromone use, has shown me this insight.
I believe that TAK does indeed calm something down. As to what, I have no clue! I believe it reduces the barriers that your subconscious has set in place to protect you. Every one has their own defense mechanisms in place to protect themselves form critics or whatever they believe causes them pain. For me, my defense mechanism is using AD to interpret the world. I think that TAK helps lower/remove that barrier which is interpreted as a feeling of calmness. For me it is easier to notice, due to the fact that I have a ridiculous over-protecting defense mechanism. The smoothness that is mentioned would be explained again for the same reason, your unconscious has lessened control over your defense mechanisms, you have a lessened amount of anxiety or worry about what could _hurt_ your ego. Now I do not think that the mechanisms are completely lowered or removed. I think that there is still a strong control exerted, just more relaxed. Like TAK is a grease that slips in between the cogs of your conscious/subconscious and lets everything run a little bit smoother.
I do not know the technical jargon to explain this more concisely. I think that if you look at what I said, and it is understandable, then you read the first of Warren’s links, then everything that is discussed will fit in to this hypothesis of mine, and will help explain the “hits” that were reported.
