# P79 self-effects compared with P80, TAH and TAF, plus early tester results

I have noticed that time thing too, and some of the giddiness… not just irreverence, but giddiness without the empty head to go along with it. I was using 40 mcg. It also made my face, neck and shoulders feel hot for most of the next 24 hours, but there was apparently no flush going on.
