# P79 Strength?

Hi Guys

Been reading up a bit on P79 and it seems to be popular in users mixes.

Think on my next order I would like to buy a bottle but not sure on strength to go for, logic would suggest start low and experiment but I haven’t got a bank full of cash and willing to take a bit of a gamble.

Basically I’m a 34 caucasian male and will be using it with A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/).
