# P79 users: what dose do you wear, and is 10mcg a spray too much?

I’m gonna get a bottle of p79 but I wanted to know what mcg do most people find is a good dose.

Seems I’ve read teh 10mcg a spray can be almost too much as it enhances the mones you already have on by a great amount.

So who uses p79 and what mcg/spray amount do you use?

10-20mcg, for sex time 20-50mcg.

Nice, ok I’ll get the 30 ml of 10mcgs …that way i only use 1 or 2 sprays at a time. Thanks!
