The ‘serious authority’ refers to _other_ member’s reports on P80. Dosage would determine this, purportedly.

DPG is an effective fixative; “Glucam P-20” more so, credited to Daedelus, who has posted in depth on this compound.

P80 augments A314’s fundamental characteristics for the better, delivering more muscle and mileage (akin to adding -none), though, perhaps a bit more Lee Van Cleef than Clint Eastwood.
