# P83 is finally back

**What is the recommended dosage for P83???** I ordered it and should be receiving it on NYE! I am exccited and will be using it at the club! I don’t want to OD.

Unfortunately these has been released at different times as i was  
waiting for each products (ammo, p83, is /a) so i didn’t ordered  
anything due to shipping costs purposes.. Should be a good thing if  
we could book some products on hold when planning a large order,  
especially for people leaving outside US.

from what i’ve read across the forum, it seems that 25mcg  
is a good dosage (2x12.5mcg sprays), 'though i suppose it should vary from people to people.

I find solid effects at 20-60mcg overall. Really depends on if it’s being used by itself or something else is being used with it. I like the 30-40 range mostly

Should a smaller female use less mcg? Like say 90 lbs, it makes sense right. I guess when I get it I can test out diff doses and find my sweet spot.
