Upset & low. I was irritated with coworker over a conversation.

Not seen much….. just some, very subtle or it might be placebo, cos I was expecting it would do some thing to me, but what, I don’t know.  
I felt very accommodating in my thoughts, that let it be… I felt I am fine, let this person think whatever….. not careless or carefree but not bothersome
