Just curious does it do anything on its own or is it more of a helper? ---

It’s both. P96 promotes bonding to the same degree as A1, but it works on both genders without the downside of causing depression in men. For this reason, P96 is a must in any [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) wardrobe. For me, it’s completely replaced A1. As far its “helper” qualities, P96 promotes harmony between the other components in a mix. It won’t magically cause incompatible components to start working well together, but if there’s any gaps in the mix that needs to be filled, P96 will fill them. It’s also the most powerful -enone buffer I know of, and one of the best -rone buffers. ---

That’s def interesting that it has so many uses… So on its own it creates deeper bonds? ---

Beta -nol, P93, [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/), TAA, etc. All of these combine well with it for this purpose. Just be sure to figure out each component on its own first. Kitchen sink mixes can be tempting. 😃 ---

No worries, IH isn’t some sort of magic truth serum, but it will tend you increase the comfort level between people. It will allow you to tell each other something that you might normally reserve for a family member. IME, this has been useful when you know you’ll be getting into an awkward conversation; it makes the conversation flow smoothly, without the other person wondering, “Why are they telling me this again?” IH is a lightly scented mix. Give it a try, it will go well. ---

I love P96. There are lots of threads and reports about it I have a pretty long one in my journal. I find if I wear it with TUTH or A314 women almost attack me it is crazy. I really like pairing this with [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/). I find 2 parts P96 to 1 part P74 works really well. ---

Minimum? 10 mcg, maybe. Optimal? 50 mcg, if used to bridge a complex blend in my opinion. 25 mcg optimal by itself or in a low dose cohesive blend. There’s no Overdose threshold on this one, just a law of diminishing returns after 50 mcg. ---

P96 works as low as 2mcg and as high as 50mcg. There’s plenty of room to determine your optimal dose. Now, I’d suggest starting with 20-25mcg. This seems to be the ideal dose under most circumstances. If you need more, just add another spray.
