I hate Christmas, (sorry Jesus) For one, its so commercial, everyone has forgotten the true meaning. Everyone one at work starts to moan the day after Thanksgiving because we know the month from hell is approaching. Here in the northeast its even worse cause its frozen hell. I for one tend to get anxious, overwhelmed and distressed. My parcel load (for those who dont know I am a mail carrier) go’s from 10 a day to 80 to 100 a day. I dont get more time to do them but you will be sure to get called in the office daily and reamed for going over your road time. I hate delivering mail in the dark, I hate the people who bitch at me cause they are getting there mail after dark, Like I really want to be freezing my ass off in the snow after 12 hours of doing there Christmas shopping for them when I know I haven’t even started mine yet. I hate the people in the lobby who bitch about the lines and the parking and I hate the red Christmas envelopes with the silver writing you can barely read. I hate the people who send cards to people that moved away from that address 20 years ago. Jeez call them once in a while for Christs sake. I could go on and on and on. I am sure I have shocked some people. Its rare that I hate anything or anyone but when you work for USPS it just happens to us. It comes with the job. There is no time for parties or caroling. No time to shop or decorate. You just sort of watch from the sidelines praying you make it through another Christmas alive. We count the time to our retirement not in years but in Christmas’s. I have 12 more of them to go before I can retire LOL The one bright spot is the tips but you suffer for them. Most of all, I hate that I hate Christmas ☹ Now your probably all wondering besides "Jeez whats wrong with Tisha " what this has to do with P96. A lot, I expected it to be more feminine perhaps sexual. Course I think everything is going to be sexual LOL Its like optimism in a bottle. No anxiety, no distress, I am not overwhelmed, I have energy, enthusiasm a happy snappy outlook. I was going to report last Sunday but I had to be sure and now I am. This shit rocks. Day 1 one spray of 20mcg P96 Package just came and I had to baptize myself right away. hey what is this feeling of hope and cheer 😕 Day 2 1 spray of 20mcg P96 Smells like clean skin and light neroli cause I got it that way. Headed off to work. Was humming carols and smiling away like a goof ball. Oh look at the pretty snow, I can handle it though. Get to work and enter the gloomy death chamber, at first I got the customary “what the hell you smiling at, have you seen the parcels” Yep I saw them, I can handle it though. Soon those around me were taking it pretty well to. grumbling stopped and people seemed almost human again. LOL I am serious it gets that bad. Got home and used one more spray, sat around kicking it back, no worries. We are having a ice storm, not a huge one but enough to cause trouble. I look out the window at around 11.30 and there’s a car stuck right in front of my house going up the hill they slide sideways and almost hit my mailbox. Its OK I can handle it. Pull on the boots and head on out to help. They get her unstuck and she calls her dad to come get her. Want some cocoa ??? (snort) My husband looks at me like I am nuts because he knows I am testy this month. Day 3 (Sunday) 1 spray of 20mcg I cant face the stores with the crazy hoards of rude shoppers. Normally, I panic and get uptight and snappy. No problem, I have p96 and [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) 😛 Thank goddess for Amazon. LOL I decorate a little have a hot cocoa and jammy day with hubby and diddle here on the forum while I shop for presents on amazon I feel great, laid back, not overwhelmed relaxed. Day 4 Its Monday, 2 sprays 1 to chest and now one to hair. Head off to work. As soon as I walk in the supervisor tells me to bring my parcels out to the truck pronto. Yes sir Mr prick sir right away. He tells me to stop being a smart ass and move it. Its OK I am not overwhelmed despite the huge comptainer of parcels waiting for me. No anxiety, No dread, No irritation, Just happy enthusiasm. Hey look someone got a bow flex for Christmas, cool I happily drag it out to my truck. I didn’t even yell Motherf…er or anything LOL Again people begin to calm, there outlook is better. I even heard a few people say “its OK we can do it” This is not normal behavior at the PO this time of year. Day 5 I had my Oh shit moment today. 2 spray 1 to chest one to hair. We sang carols while we sorted mail. 20 years and if anybody tried to play or sing one we would rip your heart out with our teeth. But we all sang except for those on the other side of the workroom floor. They were still cranky asses. Still whining, still dreading the day. I should probably sneak over and squirt someone LOL My two partners in [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) crime and my best friends looked at me and said what did Jasmin give you ??? LOL P96 hope and cheer in a bottle I am sure it does more then this, but the influence on me and others was so strong in the area of easing anxiety and improving outlook of everything that I just cant concentrate on anything else right now. After the holiday I will test some more, If I dont use it all up by then LOL Oh well off to bed, I have alot of work to do tommorrow. Have you tried a lower dose with TAF yet? LOL 😃🙂😃 I’m more convinced than ever that TAF acts like an ego balm. Hell, when I’m furious at my husband (which doesn’t happen often, but it can linger for days when it does) 10-20 mcg TAF and I’m feeling better. I still know why I was angry, but it doesn’t influence my behavior anymore or bring down my whole day. I think that might help the sour pusses be more open to the P96. Whatcha think? If you try it, let us know. It will be a while probably before I can order this one. Diane ---

TAF causes focus for me, makes it easier to see whats going on. If I am pissed when I use it I will find every single reason to be pissed. If I use it with a sexual mix rest assused the job will get done thoroughly LOL It makes me more thoroughly do or feel whatever I am doing at the time. I use it alot but have not used it with P96 just yet. I will near the end of my testing though. I am still in the solo stage with it. Well I found that I would have to use alot of the 12.5 mcg before I started picking up on the putatives effects and by that time my to-go bottle was gone. Now I get them higher in a full bottle so I can test them more fully and use them in mixes if I really like them. I think I shocked some people here. They are not used to me being negative. Yes I am sorry to say Tisha is not perfect. LOL Even though I strive to be positive and succeed most of the year 6 weeks out of the year I have a tough time staying positive LOL Tisha ---

What struck me the most reading it Tisha is not that you can have negative thoughts but that you are expressing yourself with such relish! I don’t want to knock your usual efficient “tell it like it is and damn the flourishes” style. This is like a different side of you. You are turning phrases like (gulp) tacitus himself here. I was worried about it being to negative because I am a firm believer in negative attracts negative but I couldnt get my point across about how P96 works so well on improving outlook without explaining why I hate christmas. If I had used it in the summer I would probably not had noticed this effect as strongly because I normally have a sunny personality and great outlook on things. Tisha I don’t blame you for the way you feel. It’s a tough job with a lot of pressure at this time of year. I know you really have the spirit, it’s just trapped under a load of mail and parcels. 😉 Just so ya know, I didn’t send any packages this year and I cut my Christmas card list in half. And I love my mail carrier, she’s a nice sweet woman who does a yeoman’s job. She’s gone out of her way for me more than once and I make sure she knows how much we appreciate her. Anyways, that was a great report. I see P96 in my future…and not just at Christmas. Hi Tisha sorry about your month from hell. I stopped sending Christmas cards last year just for you! I only tried a togo of P96 and results were inconclusive. Well, didn’t notice a darn thing out of the ordinary. Maybe I’ll naturally too relaxed and happy to let P96 to its thing. Of course, always having a month off during the Christmas season is no doubt helpful… ---

Thats just it, I am usually laid back, happy and relaxed as well except for this time of year. If I had used this in the summer, I dont think I would have seen such dramatic effects. I am still using it with various other mixes now trying to get a better feel for it.
