how’s it going, my name’s Sean from Toronto, Canada. 19 years old, university student and I love to drink and party. just purchased turn up the heat just because i’m curious. how should i be using this, where should i spray it, how much should i spray? thanks guys. ---

Welcome Sean. You chose one of the trickier products to start with. Not one we usually recommend for beginners. Preferable is [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), which has as much of the active ingredient anone as tuth, but also has some buffering agents that make it easier to use. As for advice on tuth - 1 - read the ad copy at the store. 2 - start out with low doses and work up slowly to find a good dose for you. ---

Hey there Sean, welcome to the forums! Yeah, as GWTW mentioned, this one can be a bit tricky. And since you’re only 19 years old, you already produce quite a bit of androstenone, so make sure to start off with only one spray and give that a fair chance before moving up. Most likely you’ll only need 1-2 spray for each application. Well, would you mind answering a couple questions for me? Like what kind of personality do you have, shy or outgoing? And where/with whom were you going to be using this? It’s a pretty sexual mix, so i would advise not at work or school, since that sends out a wee bit of a creepy vibe to women. Probably best used at parties/clubs/with an established girl (AKA had more than one date with) who you could see trying to.. well, turn up the heat with. ---

Hi Sean, and welcome! As Gone with the Wind and Mr Feel Good said, TUTH is a bit advanced. You need to walk before you can run, if that makes sense. Tell us a bit about your personality, and what you want to accomplish (okay, yes you want to get laid, but before you get laid, you have to get the girl comfortable with you 🙂). Well, I always used to be a shy guy, but i’ve gradually changed into a really outgoing person always having a good time with everyone. I think you’re right, it’s not necessarily to go out and get laid because I do already send enough of a sexual signal which usually works to my benefit. I just want to experiment and see how this can boost my confidence and “turn up the heat”. I plan on using it at bars, pubs, clubs, parties, or just social gathering where everyone’s drinking and having a good time. Do you think it would be okay to spray once into my hand, and spread small amounts around, like on the neck, wrists, and ears? Thanks a lot.🙄 ---

Like work, school (flirting, OK. really sexual signals? usually not), the library. 😛 But as long as you keep to the places you mentioned using it, or on dates, i think you’ve got it made. Oh, and what i recommend would be to spray it on the neck or upper chest for now, since it’s probably cold where you are. Also, that’s where they’ll smell it when they lean in or while kissing you. DO NOT spray it on your hair or clothes. -none is a very sticky molecule and can be a B\*\*\*\* to get out. Oxyclean is the best way, if you do decide that spraying on fabric works for you. ---

Well, if you use TUTH in the wrong environment, like at work or school, or maybe at the mall or something, that will be you!! From what I’ve heard and read about TUTH, the best place to use it is in an atmosphere that is already sexually charged. Like maybe a club, or around a girl who is already comfortable with you (its like, you’ve already gotten to first base, but are ready to take it further) And I think, if I’m not mistaken, a little goes a long way, and as for application points, the guys will have to advise you on that. For you personally, I think Ammo (for that sexual edge, without coming off as total horndog) and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (for sparkle and charisma) would be perfect. You can use these separately (as you should at first anyway, to get the feel of each one) or together. The To-Go sizes of these are pretty reasonable, and if you haven’t gotten your GC yet, then it should probably cover most if not all of the cost! ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Just keep in mind that TUTH is beat used in a sexual atmosphere where giving off a strong sexual vibe is approperiate and you will be fine. Dont over use it your young and make a lot of anone. AMMo would serve you better because its arouding but buffered so it can be used in any environment. **Your GC has been sent**.
