# Penn & Teller's Bulls\*\*t-- Pheromones

Penn and Teller did a segment on their show "Bullsh_t" about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that basically said they were, well, bullsh_t. They sprayed one of two identical males with the 'mones, and the other with a similar scented cologne without pheromones and asked various women which had more sexual appeal. At first the women were choosing the pheromone-dosed guys. But after they switched up the order, they discovered the women were simply choosing the second guy, every time, regardless of their cologne.

Personally I don’t see how this could possibly be a bad thing. In fact I want more shows saying pheromones don’t work. What good is a fun secret ace up your sleeve if everyone knows about them? 😃

Frankly I find them both annoying as hell though 😛

I like Penn and Teller. They should stick to making films like _The Aristocrats._
