# perfume and pheromones

Hi there,

Im new and would like to know how to use [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) when im using perfume? First perfume, let it dry and after that pheromones?

And the second question; ive got a first date on saturday, which one should i use, IS A, P130 or MX397? I would like if he thinks im hot 😃

Hi there roosje

You can do it either way (over or under) however most of us spray our perfume over the pheromones.

Keep in mind you dont have to cover at all if you dont want to with most the mixes here at AD, they smell pretty good. Covering is just essential with products containing copulins.

I would suggest wearing IS/A and maybe a little P130

IS and IO are not mens products they are unisex.

Highly masculine products like A314 TUTH Ammo can be used by women you just need to use just a tiny bit and buffer them well with either unisex or [female pheromones](https://phera.com/).

We all make the same hormones and pheromones men and women just make and secrete them naturally in different ratios.

I would begin with the women’s products and the unisex ones IO IH Ishine and once you get the hang of those expand into the men’s stuff.

Is there a particular reason your interested in the men’s products besides the obvious lack of women’s stuff ?
