Anyone else think phermones mess up your hormones?

I think so. I will only spray them in my hair and on my clothing however if the scent is connect to the olafactory I am not sure that will work, but we will see.

With regards to ovulation-related hormones, well, I’ve been temp-ing for quite a while as a means of detecting ovulation because I was getting tired of being on the pill for so long. If you didn’t know, your basal body temp fluctuates as your different horomone levels go up and down throughout the month. Granted I’ve only been using pheros for a couple of months now, but I do use pretty heavy couplins, and I haven’t noticed any weird deviations in my charts. However, I’m not sure what effect, if any, long-term use of pheros would have but I haven’t noticed anything “messed up” yet.

I do, however, think that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) affect our hormones, kind of like neuro-chemical transmitters, otherwise I don’t think they would work. As far as “messing up” your hormones, I don’t think you’ll grow a third boob or anything like that. LOL 😃

Nope. Not at all. Otherwise you’d go into hormonal convolutions every time you walk into a gym or any place full of sweaty humans or other mammals. Now eating meat product filled with growth hormones is another story…

No they dont effect your hormones at all. There is a blood barrier in your brain that only the serious use of major chemical abuse can destroy. Like if you snorted aerosols right up your nose or something. Normal everyday molecules like pheromones just attach to the transmitter and send the signal and then dissipate.

Copulins are the only proven product to effect hormone levels. Technically they are not pheromones though and its the underling scent that triggers this effect not the molecule like with Alpha Androstenol or other [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/).

What Tisha said. You might get a rush of endorphins or adrenaline, but it’s not going to disturb your overall hormone levels. I don’t think it even affects serotonin, as a matter of fact.

I think there are a few mones that may slightly temporarily elevate serotonin but I never count that one because you can do that with the smell of certain foods as well like apple pie.

During my recent visit to the States, I had the misfortune of eating non-organic chicken… Not to be a snob or anything but I live in Europe where even cheap-o chicken is fairly healthy… I swear, I could taste that there was something different and after one drumstick, I felt queasy.

any thing topical can have an effect on a person i.e. birth control patches, weight loss patches etc. frags sprayed on the skin could probably do the same thing.

Right, but this affects you through your nasal passages–it doesn’t seep through your pores and screw with your blood like medicinal patches do.

There is a alcohol carrier, if you spray enough alcohol on your skin a little could seep into the system but generally it drys down or evaporates very quickly. I would say the equivalent of 1/4 sip of beer could absorb but that estimate is high. Not nearly enough to do any damage or change the system.

pheromones are designed to expel away from the body, you dont absorb them. Just like you dont reabsorb your own bodily secretions.

Patches and topical lotions have ingredients that make them absorb into the system.
