# phero application

alright…Well I have purchased and recieved [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and instant shine.

now the question… How do i apply it? how many sprays? spray number based on interacting enrivonment? work?school? parties?

Well, seeing that you’re 18, I would suggest you be very careful using ammo. You’re body should still be producing a lot of -none so using ammo might do the opposite of what it’s supposed to do even though it’s buffered. Try using 1 or even half a spray to your chest at first, 1 spray to a wrist and then rub your wrists together, just as you would do with cologne. Try not to get it onto clothes or hair, because the -none in ammo tends to be sticky and won’t come off easily even after taking a shower and washing you clothes, so you can run the risk of OD’ing.

As for intant shine, you can pretty much spray it anywhere (except armpits and crotch lol). Spray it on your neck to be able to smell it and get the self-effects. Some spray it directly to their face. Hair, behind, to the front or to the sides of the neck, face, chest, wrists, forearms etc…

thanks for the response. and I did exactly what you said. Not a huge fan of ammo so far. i told a friend about it n said for him to see what he thinks of my response with the ladies and how they react from his point of vs what he thinks would normally happen with me. We went to a bar(im 18 i know dont ask lol) normally its easy to converse and such but i felt a sense of tension talking to them.

instant shine is amazing, thats all i have to say, its amazing.
