HI I am a Guy here, can anyone suggest some Phero Combinations for a female friend of mine\> Essentially her work environment is riddled with too much infighting and office politics. PS: She is in her mid twenties and her coworkers are also of the same age except her gay boss who is probably in his late thirties The intended result is **Pacify her bitchy colleagues and probably make them like her more or be less antagonistic towards her** (most of them are females and some Gay men included). I was thinking of more on the likes of Instant Shine or [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Someone got any better ideas. I am pretty new with Androtic products, but had spectacular results with IH recently. But then I am a guy and used these against a girl 😉 ---

I think your friend needs to stick up for herself personally, if she let’s them walk on her, the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) won’t really change their opinion of her… That being said, I have heard that TAK and others have a mood mellowing effect but that may not be the right approach. Intimidating effect could reduce social jabs so maybe some none or rone, but those are “guy” mones and I haven’t seen reviews in this use… Shine just makes people feel good, so unless they are relieving stress by being bitchy, I don’t see the application. IH… it’s possible, I suppose, that this might make them back off, but I haven’t had a chance to test anything personally in a situation like this… My advice is for her to get tougher on them. People usually use a person for an outlet like this if that person is complacent with them. Don’t use an emotional response, but use a strong handed response. If the joke is bad enough, a good “fuck off” may even be warranted, something to tell them that their former doormat has spikes. These situations always suck, I know, and it could just be that they won’t stop, but a change of pace usually turns things around. ---

**She is very much capable of taking care of herself.** 😉 the only idea here was to see if there are some stuff which can make things easier for her. Hmmm, yeah, standing up for herself would be important. There’s good books on this, but I won’t go into detail on that here. [Pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/)-wise, something to give her more status might help, I know that some women have gotten good results with androsterone mixes like A314. Sillykitty had a journal called “A314 on a woman” in which she detailed her results at work using A314. From what I remember she got good results with it in dealing with problem co-workers. ---

TAK works great on bitchy women you should give it definately a try ! tested by my mom and me … MX215 seems to make other females like you more and make them follow your lead … worked fantastic for my Ex - girlfriend TAL is my mom´s favourite for boring female collegues ! they get out of your way and let you in peace .. can piss of males when worn by a women ! A1 should also be an option to calm them down but has been perceived as a little bit stinky when worn by women … tested by my Ex i´look for P99 as well due to the great report by Tisha Pago ---

Get her MX300 and Ishine. Women can use A314 but its a men’s product and gives off a masculine energy. SK knows how to use pheromones and what to use to buffer that effect. Unless your female friends plans to learn about pheromones and buy a arsenal of products to buffer with you want to go for something quick and easy to use. MX300 is the female version of A314. It works very well in increasing respect and making those exposed more accommodating and easy to handle. For reports on this in the forum search both MX300 and MX134. These are both the same basic formula. MX300 is just different in that they tried a new neroli scent package with it and there is no copulins which are not needed for the effect your looking for here. Ishine is unisex and great for putting people in better more approachable moods. Its hard to be mean to the person who makes you feel happy warm and just all round uplifted. I do not suggest TAK which has more of a sedating laid back effect. They will chew her up and spit her out because it will show weakness. These women are not being bitches because they are bitchy. Its a competative environment from what you posted. Aah… Tisha Good to see you ! You have no idea what your initial recommendations did to me.. “two weeks” 12-18 hrs of phero exposure… thats all it took to move things to a different level with my target 🙂 Anyways in this situation you got it right… she is in the modelling / entertainment industry and the competition is intense. and she is quiet a looker with lots of male following so sheer jealousy on that account is also possible . Alpha female vibe is probably the best thing to keep pesky female colleagues at bay..But I wonder what would be the reaction of these females to MX300 if the bitchiness is originally triggered by jealousy !
