Hi my names is Dre I’m new to the site. I’m 19 I live in Nashville and I enjoy hanging with my friends but I often have trouble wit the women and that’s why I’m here. I’m also very quiet I’m excited about trying pheros and I hope they can bring me out of my shell, turn me into a chick magnet, and make a believer out of me. ---

However for self effects, you should try out [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), this helps give you an upbeat attitude and gives the appearance of a young and vibrant healthy male. Also for self-effects use instant openness. These should help a little bit with your social anxiety. For situations when you’re more comfortable, AMMO is the best place to start. All around great pheromone which won’t need more than 2-3 sprays once you find your sweet spot. Remember to take little steps to get used to the effects, and keep reading the forums and keep asking questions. ---

Dre Welcome to the forum, you have found a great community! I would like to say that instant shine has been able to produce wonderful self effects on me that makes me want to be more social and theres confidence in doing so. IF that is what you are looking for then definitely also consider that mone in your first purchase. I find myself being more witty and dont even realize it sometimes until im like wow why am i in such a great mood even though ive only slept this amount of hours or just worked a 10 hour shift etc. Other than that the other members have offered some great advice to you thus far and to turn you into a believer you have to be patient. But i experience the self effects from instant shine the second i used it, as it was the first product i tried. Others can be a bit more subtle, while still others can be even more powerful and in your face. Look forward to hearing how they play out in your life and current dilemma. ---
