HI all, first up thank you all for a wonderful helpful and supportive community. long time nightly phero lurker and 2nd time punter would love to stock more pheros. life’s slowly beginning to make sense again and would love to have some advise from the members. so, here it goes. i’m 31, mixed raced but predominantly asian about 5,6 tan, from downunder and well a little shy. love 3d graphics and find myself working longer hours in an office with some very hot looking women some single, some not, some milfs, some cougars and everything else. alas i’ve come to the decision to clean up get a hair cut and start well… 😃 i’d like to order the following: A314 Ammo ( not sure if i should order the 2x ones) MX301 ( if theres still stock) either IS of IG Maybe P79 Maybe [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) i’d like to use a cover scent and at the moment. L’occitane has some pretty nice fragrance. So i’d appreciate some advise. once again thank you and well… cant wait to start the adventure ---

Is it purely work related? Are you looking for LTR’s vs ONS? A314 is a definite yes, get this if you can afford it. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) another yes. Being 31 you can probably get by with the regular and you can always add a spray vs trying to do 1/2 sprays. IS and IG the typical results for users a quite different that it shouldn’t really be a 1 or the other, but both. However if you need to just choose 1 for the sake of cost, then get the IS. P79 is on my list but have not tried it. MX’s 297 and 301 I own and have read great things about, but have not tested yet. What I don’t see here on your list is IO/IH/CTTM2 these are something I would get instead of the IG for now along with the IS. These 3 are all great products. IO I have not had a whole lot of experience with as of yet, but CTTM2 two thumbs up, I have received the most blatant hits when wearing this. And IH is now becoming a staple for me as I see the cumulative effects on those that are around me often. ---

If you mean to shake things up in the office, the best advice I can give you is don’t wear anything -none intensive until you get the girl(s) outside of work. A314 is awesome. Still testing on the non-oil-based version (MX347) but highly recommend it from the effects I’ve already got. MX301 is great for younger ladies. [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is good overall. P79 enhances other mones, or at least the reactions from them. The way you phrased it sounds like its either or in the IS and IG department. So IS. That alone is what I wore for the “sisters night” in my journal. Ammo is the best for directing a lady’s attention towards the fact you could be a sexual mate. The top four products I suggest, in order of preference: A314 (or MX347) Ishine Ammo MX301 ---

No you dont need 2X AMMO. Your list is lacking in the social connecting mixes. Masculines alone are great products for getting attention. If your looking for more then stares, DIHL, mild flirtations etc etc … then you need some socials added to the line up there. One of the biggest mistakes males make in using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is skimping on the socials. They think well I want sex or I am social and outgoing already. Well you may be comfortable socially but your targets may not be and your wearing them to effect your target not yourself. Masculine mones are attractive but if a women doesn’t feel a connection and comfort with you you can be the most sexy masculine man in the world and it wont make a bit of difference. That’s what socials do. They put the sex into sexy. Without them you will attract attention but with them that simple attention will more smoothly turn to action. P79 is a intensifier. It sort of amps up what your are using already. It can also make natural situations more intense. Like sex or if your fighting with someone. Everything has its good and bad side LOL Tisha ---

It will give you the high status vibe. You gotta have the cojones to back the aura that this has. Most people change both internally and externally after use, with self improvement as well. AMMO - If you don’t have experience with it, go with the single dosage first (To-go) and work your way up. But if shipping and $ issues, then get the double strength. Worse come to worse you use one spray. It really depends on your goals at this point, but with high quality women, A314 + AMMO + IS would really do the trick. The choice between IS and IG is different because of the vibes it gives. IS would complement A314/IG, AMMO, TUTH, and other products. IG is a great standalone. I’ve used for social situations, light and fun, casual outings mixes of IG + MX301. As for MX301, I highly recommend that you get that, great mix overall for attraction. I don’t know if you should use that for work though, but I don’t know how lighthearted the enviroments are. P79 is a mood amplifier, you can have a killer mix and if the intended target is in a crappy mood. Its gonna make it worse, you can have a basic 2x of AMMO and the person is in a great mood and it’ll be the best mix out there. For general use, P79 is great, that’s if you have an upbeat personality, it’ll help carry that further. [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is a great standalone, Just to a tag search for it. ---

thank you so much for all the replies and i must apologize for the late reply. funny a great forum and insightful, helpful members does really help with the confidence: ) been an ardent fan of post from thegentleman and the question on my need for mones had spiraled into some form of doubt in the self-assuring and self-confidence department amongst other things. still figuring out bro! josewilder: this is my 2nd purchase and i’ve had the pleasure of the $25 gift card : ) (damm customs probably kept it from themselves) MVKBugatti: damm wished i won the lottery, but i figured i’d set aside about $200-$300 what do u reckon? to the lovely tisha23: yes ur right. i have overlooked the social aspect of it. somehow the idea of mild to perhaps full on flirting does excite! CTTM is an equal mix of IO and IH. you may want to get a togo of IO and IH. IO is 70 percent alpha nol 30 percent beta nol IH is 70 percent beta nol 30 percent alpha nol They each work in different ways. IO is good for chattiness, light conversation. IH is good for deeper conversation and connection. ---

If your conversational skills are there, I would go with IH instead. I like that a lot better.
