Perhaps the first chapter of [Pheromone](https://a314.com/) Addicts Anonymous needs to be opened, because I just can’t seem to stop playing with this stuff !! I am having the worst time making myself take a day off. I know I need to, but I keep finding reasons or situations where I must try this or that. (Of course, I am the master, or perhaps I should say mistress, of being able to rationalize anything) Is it really bad to use them every single day without a real break? Might this be why sometimes I do not see effects from things when I feel as though I really should? ---

I only got my order a few days ago and I’m already a junkie.Worse.. I’m dragging my boyfriend into my addiction with me and spreading it around to friends. oh the humanity! 😮 But yeah I think just a guess . Wouldn’t the pheros desensitize you after awhile and you’d either need higher and higher amounts or become oblivious to subtle cues from regular human pheros? I guess maybe its one of those things you can pick a day you know you’ll sleep in and just promise yourself a clean slate for that day. ---

I wonder, if we use something different every day, “change up” as they say, if that helps? Or, are pheros pheros and as long as we’re using any at all every day, is that bad anyway? ---

Sillykitty… who doesn’t love having an excuse to geek out with an adult chemistry set? lmao using them every day will lose them effectiveness on the wearer as you acclimate. Then the next day is my birthday, and I have no idea what I’m doing yet, but I’m absolutely sure I will need to have some sparkle and shine. The the next day, well, I’m sure there might be some opportunity that might come up, and I surely don’t want to possibly miss it… You see, it just doesn’t stop… Will you come and take them away for a couple days? You will be very proud of me. Today, I am “naked” (for the first time since I can’t remember), and tomorrow will be the same. This is why I started this chapter of Pheromone Addicts Anonymous, for those of us who really do know better (and have done our research) but still have difficulty abstaining. Believe me, I take my responsibilities very seriously. Your trust and faith in me was not misplaced 🙂 I did think it important to have a thread that addressed this issue, because I am concerned that many members, especially new ones, do not take this issue seriously enough. ---

It really is an addiction. I have the same issue, I find so many opportunities to try them out and I just don’t want to stop. For example, I didn’t get a haircut until I could use IH in the salon and ended up looking like a hippie for a couple weeks before getting my bottle and, not to mention, I used pheros almost every day in between. 😮 And now that I have a haircut those who are my typical test subjects could theoretically respond to a different phero signature better, so I have to test that out! I too, am a Phero junky. I knew it was out of control when I had to get rubber bands to section off my MX’s, P’s, -none products and socials. There are times I go to the store just to pick up a few ingredients for dinner pheroless, see a beautiful woman, then torture myself for not wearing any bait. Then there are times I go out all phero-ed up, see no-one then torture myself for waisting them for a 20 min. escapade. If I go out only wearing socials I battle myself on if I should have worn -none. I feel naked without -none. However socials are sooo powerful in their own right. (see i’m conflicting with myself right in front of you all) I feel as if I should put them on hangers in my closet, so when I get out of the shower i can look at them like my clothes, as in, “hmmmm, what am I going to wear today.” Then once I choose, I go out, come back and wonder, “what would have happened if I wore \_\_\_\_\_\_\_.” I do searches in the forum to find old MX’s that are no longer produced, that maybe didnt get alot of feedback in hopes of maybe getting my hands on them. It has got so bad I have tangled with the thought of getting womans Phero’s so I can test them then report back what I am feeling. I sit home 5 nights a week with my daughter. Imagine the amount of feedback that would bring. Science, Science Not to mention the hundreds of questions I think up about phero’s daily that seem to get me through boring days. Like today’s is “if P79 amplifies whatever phero’s you are wearing, does that mean when worn alone it amplifies your natural phero signature?” I have two sheets of paper that I keep in my coffee table drawer that has at least 20 different mixes I would love to make if I ever learn how to do the mixing and calculations. Today alone I have been on this forum for 6 hrs. I should be at a coffee shop with p83 on trying to notice hits to report. Yes I too, have a Phero problem. ---

**The good news:** _I actually took 1.5 whole days off from wearing pheros, over the past weekend._ **The bad news:** _I found a neat case at the thrift shop for .50, and my phero collection (so far anyway) fits completely and perfectly in it. I now take this case (or my entire collection) back and forth to work with me, as well as just about anywhere else where I will be for more than an hour, lol._ ---

Okay, I haven’t taken a day off in about two weeks. And right now there is constant yuck going on from all sides, and I just can’t bear to be “naked”. ☹ I know I need to take a break, but when?? you guys are funny, phero addicts lol, myself am not addicted i only wear them a few times a week it makes the bottles last longer that way. most of the time u plan the perfect mix and then no ones around to us it on so thats what makes me think befor i shoot lol ---
