A family member of mine wants to start dosing her husband’s cologne with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to help their relationship. He has a very strong “alpha” vibe which can rub her the wrong way, and she wants to facilitate love and attraction while turning down the jerk 'mones he naturally puts off in excess. What pheromones, blends, etc. can you recommend for this? I am going to buy a set of whatever I need to help make this cologne for her! The plan is to get a nice bottle of cologne, mix in the goods, and give it to him as a present. Thanks! 🙂 ---

Something pleasant and social would be the thing - Maybe investigate Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or P96 - but you are going to need a fairly hefty dose if you plan to mix into a bottle of cologne. ---

Thanks for the reply. Why would cologne dull the effects? Would it not just be a carrier scent for it? Is it bad to wear both cologne and pheromones at the same time? Or it that fine, but just apply them separately? ---

No - its just that depending on quantity/dilution, you could be throwing the dosing right-of Cologne and pheros are generally fine together - it is frowned-on for testing/reporting purposes though because some colognes, usually cheap-shit stuff can be laden with phero-wrecking antibacterials but for use in the wild good quality cologne is mostly ok. This is why layering is usually suggested as the best way to use pheros/colognes - it keeps the doses in much better proportion. ---

I think this isn’t a good idea because if the dose isn’t dialed in things can get dicey. However, if you were to do it, I’d say go with social mones like IO, IShine, or IH. Actually, a little AndrosteRone could also offset the ‘jerk mode’. If it was me, I’d say do AndrosteRone + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). No more than 2.5mcg/spray each. ---

I doubt the husband “puts off” jerk pheromones. He’s probably just a jerk. Or maybe the wife herself is getting the seven year itch and is wanting something different for her own benefit.
