# Pheromone build up for a daily user.

Hi All, I am a regular user of Ammo, I usually spray Ammo 1x every morning before going to work as it works for me on so many levels giving me attraction from women, a bit of respect from guys etc.

Because I use it everyday and a whole lot of other mixes on the weekends when I go out, am I prone to [pheromone](https://a314.com/) buildup? Will it accumulate too much -none? I mean, when I give a break for Ammo spray for a day or two, will the results be different?

none is known to be very sticky. It is possible to build up and it may cause too much none. Try to stop using AMMO one or two days in a week.

How about a shower? I usually spray it in the front of my neck and everytime I shower, I make sure that I scrub that place off with soap and water? Will the none stick to me even after doing this?

It kind of depends on the soap you use.

Most people seem to note that -none builds up on clothes faster than skin. I use ammo or A314 almost daily showering in the evenings almost everyday with a good body wash. If it can take motor oil off my skin without much trouble -none is nuttin.

So that leaves clothes, I use tide with dawn in it. Dawn dish detergent is what greenpeace uses to clean oil off animals affected by oil spils. Adding a table spoon of grease cutting dish detergent to your wash, oxy clean or a half cup of straight hydrogen peroxide will clean the stinky stuff off your shirts.

I’ve used androstenone (NPA and TE) for many years and have never–not once–had problems with build up or OD. However I shower 2 or 3 times daily, so good personal hygiene is key in avoiding artificial and natural mone build up.
