I had decided to take a couple of days off from the pheros, haven’t been too many off since I started.
However my shipment of IS 4x and IH 4x came in and I decided to hit myself with a spray. When going in for the IS hit, I forgot to prime the pump and had to spray again so I think I got like 1 1/4 sprays of it.

Anyway, about an hour or so later I’m having lunch with my niece at Chilis and its really cold. I live in Vegas and its hotter than hell here, but this was uncomfortable cold for the both of us.

As we sate there, I noticed I was actually beginning to perspire even in the cold. After lunch I took her shopping, and on the way back home all of a sudden I was so drowsy I was nodding off at 4 in the afternoon.

Got to the house, I crashed for a couple of hours. Even when I woke up, I was still groggy, and I just have this hung over feeling. Not like the too long a nap in the afternoon feeling. That was there, but also hung over like a night of drinking.

I also noticed I am parched, and probably hadn’t been drinking enough fluids throughout that afternoon. I had one bottle of water, and a bit of iced tea at Chilis.

Anyway, I’m going mone free while she’s here, which will give me two days, and drink plenty of fluids. Hopefully my ammo and p83 , mx297 and 301 show up by then. 😛

This doesn’t necessarily sound related to the mones, but maybe holding off on mones for a day or two may give you a good idea?

Very interesting information though.

It could be the mones, it could be something else. It’s always a good thing to take a break from mones - every so often. 😉

Thx guys. Yeah I’m going to do a bit of trouble shooting the body and take a day off from a few things like caffeine, and caffeine, oh and caffeine.

Anytime I drink coffee (even though its good for my blood-type) I feel burnt out for the next couple days unless I drink more coffee. So. There is the culprit. Coffee-free for several weeks, I feel more energetic. 😃

It might have been the “caffine” like crash you get from IS. I really only experienced it in Vegas so I can’t tell you why, but I do know with all the partying and dry desert heat, I was exhausted most of the time and wasn’t really drinking much water. I don’t think the primary cause was the mones, but rather it facilitated you feeling that way because it may have given you a temporary boost in energy and exerted your body more than you would have if you had a baseline energy level. Our bodies get tired for a reason and that’s why activity slows down to prevent catabolic reactions from happening, essentially to preserve energy. The temporary boost you get facilitated quicker use of what little energy you had left. Your body had to recharge to enable you to function again. The sweating in a cold room seems to show that there is a higher heart rate and a faster metabolic response.

This is just in theory of what happens, this happens to me all the time when I go too hard partying or with sports. For some reason with instant shine it makes it a little worse, but I think because of the uplifting ability.

Thx P51 that sounds very plausible. I’ve experienced that effect before where something just pushed me over the edge when I got myself there via other means.

It does happen to me but like when I go out to clubs and I have IS on I get more of a wow I’m really tired feeling. It’s partly the reason I haven’t used IS when I know I’m going to a club. But for bars and dates I’ll use it because it just works so much better for things not too physically demanding and it would go on later at night.

After a high dose of IS (4 sprays or more) i always crash after 4-5 hours.
I can fix this with a togo of IS or 2-3 drops A314.

A314 works very well against the IS crash.

Interesting, because that is something I did NOT wear yesterday.
