Hello, I’m new to this and I’m just wondering if pheromones are fairly safe. One of my worries of using [pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) is that if i overuse it and for a long time, would my body stop making natural pheromones? I’m only 19 so I’m guessing my body makes a lot of pheromones already. If I overuse the pheromone colognes, would my body get dependent on the pheromone colognes that it will make my body produces less natural pheromones? And does pheromone cologne affect your hormones at all? I really want to get into this but I wanna know any possible side effects of it first. Thanks ---

Thanks The easiest and cheapest way to find out if you product a lot of natural pheromones is to test each product out individually. The consumer line has definied and consistent effects based on the descriptions. Once you hit a range of sprays for that specific product and it works for its intended purpose, then you have found what is called your sweet spot. Once that happens you’ll know which products would work well for you. Now typically at your age you will produce a lot of what is called Androstenone. Products that contain Androstenone are AMMO, Instant Jerk, and TUTH. Those products you should specifically watch out for noticeable adverse reactions like agression, ghosting (being left alone, imagine a bubble around you), and irritation. The social products, like Instant Shine, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), to name a few are harder to OD on. Those you don’t have to tread as carefully and you’ll be fine in higher doses, that being said, you do not neccesarily need more of it for some good self effects. I’ve used pheromones for over a year now, and I haven’t noticed any adverse effects. Like everything we encounter, everything in moderation keeps a nice balance in your life. There also have been long time members using it for over a decade with no noticeable adverse health reactions. ---

Since these Pheromones are Used Externally there is No Adverse Effect on Your Production of Natural Pheromones… Some People here have been Daily Users for Years and I’ve Yet to Hear of Any Adverse Reactions Due to Extended Use… P51 Gave Some Good Advice that You Will Likely Hear Afew Times Over While You are Here… So I’ll Spare You the Repeat Advisory… I Will Add that at Your Age Social Pheremones such as; Instant Shine , [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Honesty, and Instant Gentlemen are You Pals… They Help make Interaction and Building Trust Easier… That Makes Moving any Further Alot Easier… ---

Sorry to bump this thread, but I have so many questions i want to ask. So far I learned that young people (typically my age) produces a lot of none, correct? IJ and TUTH are none. Since my body is already producing a lot of it, is it pointless to wear IJ and TUTH at my age? And when you wear them, don’t you get affected as well? Since other people can smell them, so can you right? And also..let’s say you’re wearing TUTH, and there’s a guy and a girl sitting next to you. If the girl smells it, it would affect her, but how would she know where the smell is coming from, if a guy is sitting close to her too? What if she thinks the pheromone smell is coming from the other guy and not you? And I know [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) aren’t magic or anything, it’s just there to enhance your features. I’ve had a lot of girlfriends in the past and I’m an above average looking guy but it’s just that I’m a little vertically challenged..does height play a big role in the effectiveness of pheromones as well? I’m interested in using IJ and TUTH, but do you think it will work well for me? My exes think I’m decent looking but it’s just my height that gives me problem when it comes to woman…sometimes. It’s generally easier for younger guys to experience None OD, and younger girls tend to generally respond better to Rone and Socials. Again these aren’t cast in stone laws from the phero bible but they are good guidlines. You may have unusually low test levels for your age and some None might help, you may interested in ONE particular girl that is more responsive to None. At that point it’s so specialized that it’s not worth worrying about until you’ve tested for you sweet spot with Some socials, maybe some IG and possibly Ammo. Even subconsciously. Imagine there’s two girls standing right next to eachother and one is wearing an awesome perfume that really smells good to you. Notice how even standing a couple of feet from them you can kinda tell which girl is wearing the perfume? Same thing is happening on a subconscious level. Now “cloud hijacking” can and does happen. If the other guy is more congruent with your signal than you are. So say you’re wearing Ammo (tuth would be a bad choice imo) which communicates a message of “all around” attractive masculinity. The girl confronted with you and your rival will get an IMMEDIATE sense of the signal coming from you. However…if you stare a hole into the floor and barely speak above a whisper if you speak at all, and the other guy is smiling, engaging, initiating kino etc she’s gonna assume her initial impression was wrong. Odd as it sounds, in spite of Jerk being WAY more None than TuTH it seems to be more accepted by other males…TuTH can piss guys off. Although I think since you seem to be young that Ammo would be a better option. It’s safer and more usable in a variety of situations. Mones won’t make you taller, or even make you look taller, however a very masculine or socially dominant mix COMBINED with some confident Alpha type behavior can negate your hight as being an issue. I would suggest looking into some fashion and hairstyle tips for creating a height illusion, then some mones for a dominant alpha aura. You may just find that if you’re height ever comes up in conversation and you tell her how tall you are, that you get a surprised look and a comment like “really? I don’t know why but I thought you were taller than that.” ---

So AMMO + IG can create a dominant alpha male aura? I think I’ll try it out..but I read that AMMO can be effective used by itself. But like you said with my height it would be better if I produce a dominant alpha male aura..but I was thinking of just using AMMO alone first and see the results. What’s your opinion on it? Do you think it can produce good results if I only used AMMO alone? I have a good personality and decent looks it’s just my height is mainly the problem. ---

It could, but keep some socials handy…you can still have a None OD with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/).
