I’ve been using A314 regularly every day. 4 drops in AM and 4 drops at 3PM.
I have been hypoglucemic at 3PM requiring candy and chocolate. My lunch is at 11am. Is this A314 fatigue. I am 43 year old Asian male with no history of diabetes.

That’s a ridiculous amount of A314 not to mention unless you are drinking it – has zero to do with your blood sugar. You need to have your eating habits checked out.

Hmm, with 8 drops of A314 I bet you usually dine alone?

Asians on Western diets are prone to diabetes so I’d start working out and controlling your diet before you need medication. You’re right at the age you gotta maintain your shit before it’s too late.

Steve is right. A314 has about as much to do with being hypoglycemic as being struck by meteorites or winning the lotto.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe the heat around here. Do the collective audience think 4 drops in am and 4 drops in pm too high,

Far too high. The scent alone would make me feel sick and dizzy at that concentration.

The health effects that you are most likely to experience are the result of burnout. Long term continuous exposure to artificially high levels of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) can create synaptic fatique that manifests itself in variety ways. Emotional indifference, depression, panic attacks, along with all the physical symptoms that come with these mental states.

>
> If you have a bad reaction to what would otherwise be a reasonable quantity of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), that is not over dose. That is long term overuse. Burnout. Everyone of us who are long term users have to be aware of burnout and manage our pheromone use accordingly. If are a competent, informed, reasonably aware user, burnout can be avoided entirely. Nevertheless, it is important to be able to recognize the signs of trouble and know how to regenerate yourself. Now that we know the secret, it is diffic…

Like you, I’m a heavy user of A314. I apply 2-3 drops 1-2 hours before I get into the city. About 12 hours later I apply 3 drops an hour before I return to the office. And I don’t hesitate to take a quick draw squeeze in any threatening situation.

The was a time when I wore considerably more. A line across my palm about an inch long was a regular dose. My purpose at that point was for the world to get the hell out of my way. And stay out. It worked.

That was the old musky A314. I could not even get close to that with the new clean/laundry smell A314 without getting queasy. Those were the days.

At these application levels cleaning becomes important in order to control exposure so that yourself and the people around you are not exposed to residual buildup on your clothing or linens. It is important to use oxygenated product like Oxyclean in your laundering.

I try to go without pheros or with a different phero signature on every 3rd to 4th meeting with each group of people that I deal with. Their respect / deference responses continue as usual. It seems to become an ingrained behavior.

There is considerable evidence that varying signature reinforces and strengthens response to the original primary signature.

> women around me were getting aroused , normally conservative, restrained, professional conduct types, one found an excuse to rub up against my thighs and seemd to be struggling to control herself, another wafted off a hint of the unmistakable love aroma of woman, another, a mind spinningly beautiful south american woman was in the grip of an attraction-shyness double bind… to myself I said this is too much stimulation for these folks… and next time came in scrubbed clean… however, now the women relaxed, they weren’t processing intense, confusing feelings it would seem to be the case… although their minds had been imprinted with attraction-desire engrams from the previous time…
> …
> My belief as of now is that steady state exposure to pheromones is a fundamental error because it does not allow the recipient’s brain to experience the pheromone emitter (that’s you, pal) as a contrastive phenomenon … now, get this well… the brain is, at a fundamental level, an organ that builds understanding through contrasts… so the female brain is wired to think.. “I’m turned on… bad boys may turn me on but they’re waaay to costly to deal with and have messed up my life or my friends lives in the past… although I AM checking this guy out on some deep levels of preconsciousness… live to play another day” … so, when you appear the next day, as your same stable, humorous, well focused self, and you’re NOT emitting pheromones.. another part of her brain is saying " Allllright… this guy sure CAN turn me on, but he can also be a really decent, conscious, good listener… not just another hormone addled sex machine that ran out of the barn, maybe he’s one of those rare guys who is both fuckable and relatable … we should spend some time…"
>
> Every case is distinct so don’t conclude there is any patentable formula, OTOH there appears to be some kind of firm biological basis for this contrastive pheromonal presentation…

2 to 3 drops should last you the entire day, because its oil based. Alcohol based stuff you may want to reapply halfway through the day, but not oil based.

I am curious, though. What kinds of effects have you been getting with 4 drops in the AM and 4 drops in the PM? Also, you’re putting it on your skin right? Not eating it?

The self effects are interesting feel like James Bond inside with the 4 drops in the am, but little effect on others. In the PM with four drops I can feel the oil diffusing from my skin. The outside effects are unusual, they give me a compliment and they tell me about. Slight distance from people but alot of compliments and “favors” given to me. Down side I have a scar in my nares from old nosejobs. Got a burn there. I am a gregarious person without pretension, and A314 have given great success for me. Lets put it this way, my nickname is Buddha Daddy with the dose of A314 stated I have the world. Routine [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) burnout sounds right for me

Eating the candy perpetuates the cycle.

What you need to do is eat a snack (something that contains protein, fat, and low glycemic index carb) at **2PM** before you start to feel hungry and weak.

The snack could be:
a hard boiled egg and a small piece of fruit
some peanut butter on one piece of whole wheat bread
cheese and crackers
