i’m a 35 year old male who likes older women especially my boss shes 45 goodlooking and extremely sexy. I believe [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2X and A314 work fine for attraction with women in that age group. ---

IME women shift towards more overt status/sexual mixes as they age - So yes heavy Ammo in daytime, A314 when its back and the likes of 2x TUTH and maybe even IJ in more relaxed situations should all be good. If she’s past the menopause, her None tolerance may go sky-high so be prepared to use doses that you have never even thought about using before! IH and IH/IS is also useful for a more mature engaging/involving/sharing coversation mix than sy IO. ---

For 40ish women, my go-to product is NPA, sold on another site. It is far stronger and more direct than TUTH and carries substantial risk of OD. It has no steering pheromones that I know of. In your case, she knows you from the office but I would be careful about using NPA during the work day. It works best when the 40-somethings are slightly liquored-up. One ploy might be to apply just before the end of the work day than pay the lady boss a visit. After she gets a snot full of the NPA, drop the hint of a shared happy hour. After the first drink, reapply. ---

You will want something None heavy so with what you have IJ comes to mind. I have never used it though so I can’t comment on it to much. This or Ammo I would use as your main [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) with what you have. Otherwise like the others have mentioned TUTH is the way to go here. Being a work setting though it may be hard to pull off. If you can get her outside work then hit her with a None heavy mix. I have a thing for older women to and I am the same age. The products I have had luck with is Ammo, A314, TUTH. I have had great results with all 3 with women 40 plus. Ammo has got me the most attention, but I always have to be ready with the TUTH though to spray at the right time.
