IS Turned Sexual mix into social/conversation mix **Pheromones** 1 Spray IJ 1 Spray of TUTH 1 Drop of A314 1 Spray of IS **Summary** In the past, last night’s mix without the IS has behaved like a sexual mix. But last night adding just 1 spray of IS made it into a social mix and an excellent one at that. No DIHL, no makeouts, no hookups but had a really nice night, some IOIs, and great conversations with women. The conversations were all effortless. I did only one cold approach and it went very well. **Conversation 1** I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a drink. After a few minutes, the woman to the right of me struck up a conversation with me and we chatted for quite a while, maybe 45 minutes. It was a nice light/fun conversation and we hung out until she had to leave for work (She was a burlesque dancer). She told me were she was performing but I never made it there. **Conversation 2** I was standing at the edge of the dance floor and I saw a woman that interested me. I gave her a compliment and she was interested. We hit it off immediately and I ended up spending the next few hours with her. We ended up going to a place that was more quiet and talked, laughed, and had a great time together. **Conversation 3** I was sitting in the subway station at around 3AM waiting for the train alone. The area I was in was completely empty and it was kind of strange. An attractive women in her early 20s comes down the stairs and asks me a question about the train. A conversation naturally started and we chatted until the train arrived and we continued talking until I had to transfer trains. ---

**Metal Tree** , I decided to check things out, from your journal entries from **April - 8 May 2010**. MT, have you had the chance to tried out **MX 279** lately? 🙄Just a thought, from reading over you journal since April to now. By the way, on **16 April 2010** , I have to you **props** for stepping out to make those approaches, that’s what is all about, being there different from the average guy. Is there a **particular** reason, why you use **[P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/)** on your stomach? I was thinking that maybe spraying **it** more on an open area might help. Say the fore-arm for better exposure. Maybe? 🙄 I saw that, on the **24 April** **2010** , you approached a group of three women; that what I’m talking about. Good stuff. I encourage you to keep doing what you do. Take those opportunities, because in the long run its’ confidence building. **You reported on 2 May 2010** Towards the end of the night you felt tired and when you was about to leave you said. “On the way out, I waved bye to the other girl in the group. She immediately came up to me, grabbed my hand, stared at me in the eyes and said, “you’re leaving?” and she looked disappointed. I got no iois from her at all before I left. I don’t know what to make of this.” Perhaps she might had noticed you during the course of the night of course there could have been numerous reasons. Another could have been she was thinking or hoping that somewhere you would come over and show interest to her; one thing of importance is being able to rise to the occasion. Maybe? 🙄 I’ve been trying to avoid large doses of P83 and -none too close to my nose because I’ve been using large doses and I’m not sure how healthy it is to breath in large doses of those molecules. I’ve tried pheromones under my clothing and on exposed areas of my body (kneck, wrists). I’ve found that pheromones are effective regardless if I put them on covered areas of my body or exposed areas of my body. [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) has one of the stronger self effects that I enjoy on neck or chest. The disinhibition can be fun as long as it’s not mixed with too much alcohol. On a completely unrelated note, alpha androstenol would make for an amazing carbonated drink. =) ---

I wonder if I should dilute it down to a 12.5 mcg dose. ---

Updated Pheromone Strategy I’ve been studying the archives on this forum and the LS forum over the last few days. I’ve also been reviewing my results from this journal and my older journal. I’ve been wearing pheromones and enjoying the attention that I’ve received from women but I have not had a coherent strategy. There are two distinct scenarios that apply to me. **Scenario #1** Any situation that requires socialization including local bars, hanging out with friends in bars, going to organized single’s events at bars, or going out on weekends in bars when I’m in the mood to talk & socialize. **Scenario #2** When I go out alone with the sole purpose of getting laid. **Pheromones for scenario #1** I’ve used lots of sexual mixes and I know their drawbacks very well. They have the tendency to put off lots of people immediately but with some nights worse than others. Therefore I’m going to limit the sexual products when I’m out to socialize. Regarding TUTH, I’m going to completely avoid it in any bar situation where I just want to socialize. There is no point in risking giving off the horndog vibe TUTH is so famous for when I’m out to socialize. Since I’m a low -none producer I do want a decent dose of -none to bring me to normal levels. I’ll probably use I spray of the edge as my base and if I’m feeling very daring I will use 1 spray of IJ as my base. For my body’s chemistry, IJ is stronger than TE. Since I’m going to be socializing, I’m going to buffer the IJ/Edge very well. I’m not sure which buffers I will end up preferring but I have plenty of choices: IS, IO, IH, CTTM2, A1, TAC, and MEO-EST. I’m also going to play with the putatives a lot more in social situations. **Pheromones for scenario #2** When I’m going out to get laid my main goal will be to find an attractive women who is attracted to me and also open to getting laid as well. I want to avoid women not looking to get laid and men. My plan is to go out with a near OD level of -none which will put off most of the women at the bars. Most women will avoid me like the plague. But a small percentage of women who are looking to get laid AND attracted to a strong -none signature will be open to my advances. So I will approach many women and most of the approaches will crash and burn because of the -none overdose. Most women will surely give me dirty looks, turn their back on me, tell me to go away, etc… So they will be screened out. But a small percentage of women will be greatly attracted to the -none signature. When I come across a woman who is attracted to my OD level of -none, I will find out as quickly as possible if she is open to getting laid or not. I will make my intentions clear very early in the conversation and if she sticks around I will kiss her. If she is receptive to being kissed, I will take things as far as I can until either we have sex or she turns me down for going home with me for sex. If she turns me down I will continue to seek a women who is open to getting laid. For scenerio#2, I will stick to the following products TUTH, IJ, TE, and NPA. I just made a 1:4 mixture of NPA:Neroli. ---

**Pheromones** 4 Sprays IO 1 Spray IH2X 1 Spray The Edge 1 Spray [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) **Summary** Uneventful night - met wing man. Nothing interesting at all happened. Could not find a single decent place to go last night. **Details** I was denied entry at the bar I wanted to go but the place is generally a tough place to get into. (I’ve gotten into that place before wearing A314 and unbufferend -none which makes me seem more powerful and higher status.) The bouncer said, “Private parties only today” which is code for, “you are denied”. That’s where it would have been nice to wear the A314 because it’s easier to get into places like this with it on. I ended up going to another place that was pretty empty. I tried to strike up conversations with a couple different women but they weren’t interested in chatting. I think the atmosphere at that place was more suited to an unbuffered -none mix because it wasn’t a social atmosphere. I ended up chatting with another guy who was hanging out and he suggested that we join forces to meet women. I usually prefer to operate solo but he said that he knew of an awesome place so I decided to go with him. So we go to the place and there is a huge crowd outside and it’s a 100% Asian Crowd, mostly Eastern Asian. I like all beautiful women regardless of ethnicity but we were the only two non-Asian people there and I’m 100% sure we were not wanted. I know for a fact that most Asian people don’t line non-Asian people attending their Asian only parties. I suggested to the guy that we leave but he was insistent that we enter. Fortunately the bouncer denied us access so an uncomfortable situation was avoided. A couple of other places were dead and we ended up finding one bar that was really crowded but it was mostly college kids - not my scene. To make matters worse most of the people there were from undergraduate semiformal - definitely not my scene. Wasted Thursday night, couldn’t find a bar with a decent crowd. ---

Plan for tonight - OD on NPA Tonight I want to wear overdose levels of NPA just for the heck of it. I’ve tried OD levels of [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/) before (2 sprays) which was 25mcg of -none and 5mcg of the secret the IJ secret molecule. Nothing bad happened but that was an unpleasant experience because it seemed like everyone was completely avoiding me. I remember a circle of emptiness being around me. LOL. But NPA is a different animal. It’s 1/2 -none and 1/2 secret molecules. I’m very curious how people will react around me with an OD of NPA. I’m nervous about it because I’m aware of the dangers. I’m not so worried about people avoiding me like the plague or some people thinking I’m creepy. I can deal with that easily. That’s a normal part of a -none overdose experience. What I’m really afraid of is a crazy guy being set off my my OD levels of -none and attacking me. I must be extra aware if any of the men around me are getting agitated. Any sign of trouble I’ll just make a quick exit and go somewhere else. I’m heading to an area of the city with dozens of bars so there will be no shortage of places to go. ---

Heavy Dose of NPA + nootropics - Approached by 3 different women **Pheromones Used** 4 Sprays of 1:4 NPA/Neroli mixture (Works out to 30 mcg -none and 30 mcg secret pheromones) **Nootropics Used** 400 mg Caffeine 2000 mg Glutamine 500 mg L-Tyrosine 2000 mg Piracetam 300 mg Alpha GPC 1680 mg Phosphatidylcholine **Overall Results** Last night was the first time in my life I got approached by three woman in the same night. I don’t think I was ever approached by three women in the same month in my pre-pheromone days. Last night the pheromones worked very well. If I had any skill with woman at all, I would have gotten laid easily. But I’m a timid dumb ass who is afraid to escalate most of the time and I have a touch time conversing in a loud environment. 🙄 Also, one of the places I went to was known to be a tough place to get in to. The doorman asked if I was there for a party or any promoters? I told him no very confidently and he immediately unhooked the ropes and let me in. The way he reacted to me was that of respect. That never happened in my pre-pheromone days. I didn’t happen with my heavy Androstenol mix the other day either. **Unanswered Question** Why can I wear a large amount of NPA without scaring anyone off but if I wear just 1 spray of [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/), people get intimidated by me sometimes? Maybe the secret ingredient in IJ intensifies the Jerk affect or maybe the secret ingredients in NPA buffer the -None. NPA and IJ are two **VERY** different products. **Self Effects** NPA + the nootropics gave me great self effects. I felt energized and my awareness was significantly greater than the baseline. Throughout the whole evening I felt good and even when I got home at 4AM, I was still feeling energized and felt like I was at the top of the world. Obviously part of this effect was the caffeine. The first time I used -none I had the boost in awareness but that self effect was only there when I first started using -none. This is the highest dose of -none that I’ve ever went out with. Also the the increased awareness could have been from the Piracetam. **Women who approached me** #1 - Woman in her Late 20s. I was just standing with my back to the bar. There was a group of like 10 women near by and I saw at least of few of them take a quick look at me. Eventually one of them walked right up to me and introduced herself to me. #2 - Woman in her Mid 30s - While I was standing near a dance floor enjoying the music and moving to the beat a little bit, a woman approaches me out of the blue and says, “Hi. You look wonderful.” She is with another girl around the same age and her friend later told me that she was the one who saw me first. I was getting solid IOIs from both of them and I spent a large chunk of my evening with them. I didn’t try to escalate because I was a dumbass. I just hung out with them and danced with them. #3 - Woman in her Mid 20s - While I was waiting to order a drink at the bar she strikes up a conversation with me. **Warm Approaches** I did a few warm approaches and the women were very receptive but I have a very tough time holding conversation in a loud environment. **Cold Approaches** My cold approaches went suprisingly well, much better than baseline. Of course, a few went down in flames as would be expected. But some of the woman were immediately receptive giving me very solid eye contact. On the way to the subway at the end of the night I decided to go into one more place. The place was pretty empty but I saw two early 30s women standing there talking so I approached and said hi. No interest - this one went down in flames. In the front of the bar there were too very young woman (early 20s) standing there talking. They were really hot and I thought there was no chance in hell they would be receptive to an approach. So I was about to leave but I thought, “What the hell, I have nothing to loose.” So, I walked up and said hi, and one of the girls was super receptive. We chatted and she was giving me really strong eye contact. She introduced me to her sister as well. I was going to proposition her but I felt it would be weird to do that when she was out with her sister. So I just told them goodnight and went home. ---

My self effects weren’t different but people around me were definitely different. The alpha male types were getting agitated at me and I was definitely ghosted to some degree. **Highlights** - Guy elbows me in the stomach - There was a spot against the DJ booth that became open when a guy left the spot to dance on the floor. I took the spot and the guy moved closer to me and gave me a solid elbow in the stomach. I suppose he was unhappy that I took over his spot but that has never happened to me in my life. - Pushed around - There were more than a few times when I was just standing there or moving through the crowd. An alpha male type would blatantly shove me sometimes almost to the point where I almost fell over. I was definitely agitating some of the men around me. - Cold approaches went horribly. Most of the cold approaches went down in flames. The cold approaches as a whole went worse than a typical night without pheromones. - A couple of cold approaches went okay with the women interested but after a minute or two, they would become distant and uninterested. - On the dance floor, most of the women who looked at me were with a guy. - One girl tapped me on the shoulder and pointed out that her male friend was wearing a very similar shirt to my shirt. She was in a mixed group with more guys than girls. - I was just standing there in a crowded area and one girl moved right next to me as she was talking to a guy she was with. She rested her head on my shoulder as she was talking to the guy. I’m sure the guy must have thought that was weird. - I was ordering a drink at the bar and a girl behind me did drawing motions on my back on and off for over a minute while I was ordering and purchasing a drink. After I got my drink I looked at her but she completely avoided looking at me so I didn’t introduce myself. - At least a few times a girl looked right into my eyes multiple times. In each case, she was with a guy. In one case the guy looked right at me too after my eyes met girl’s eyes. - At one point I was just standing there in an empty area and these two girls dragged the guys they were with right next to me and they continued talking to them as normal like I wasn’t there. It was really weird because the positions of those four people and we were like we were all in the same group. I eventually moved away. Later as I was just standing there those two same girls ran over, crashed into me, talked to each other for a few seconds, and just ran away. - I was just standing there in an empty area and this girl walks up to me and says hi in an incredibly flirty, over the top way. I introduced myself and she runs off to her male friend. A couple minutes later she points at me to her female friend. Her female friend shook my hand. A few more times she came up to me briefly but before I could say more than one phrase, she would run away to one of her male friends. - At least a few times when I was moving to the music in an empty area, 1 girl would drag her friend over to a position right in front of me, they would dance for a little while sometimes briefly looking at me, and then just leave the area. - One women walked by me and when she was about 10 feet away, she just turned around, and stared at me for a few seconds. Then she went over to a guy she was with and hugged him. **Analysis** There must have been Androstenone buildup from Friday night. I had a great night Friday night and I took two showers between friday night and saturday night using Aveeno Body wash. But using the exact same pheromone amounts, I had a total overdose Saturday night. ---

Taking a break I’m going to be taking a break from regular reporting for a while. I’m getting really busy at work and I’m also working on non-pheromone self improvements in life. Of course I’m going to continue using pheromones when I go out.
