Target Profiling

> A1 works on both male & female VNO, it is twice as strong in females as it is in males.
> EST works on both male & female VNO, it is four times as strong in males as it is in females.

> Our interpretation of this sex-differentiated pattern of activation was that the two steroid compounds may act bimodally, both as pheromones and odors. We proposed the hypothesis that the anterior hypothalamus primarily processed signals from the pheromone-like component of A1 and EST, whereas the olfactory brain primarily mediated the signals of their odor component.
>
> Depending on the sex of the responder in relation to the specific compound (A1 or EST), one pathway dominated, whereas the other was suppressed. This hypothesis was based upon observations of a similar phenomenon in studies of other bimodal odorants (for example, acetone) (22).

AND is detected primarily in male sweat, whereas EST has been found in female urine. In a previous positron emission tomography study, we found that smelling AND and EST activated regions covering sexually dimorphic nuclei of the anterior hypot…

Trying to gain some insight to target profiles wrt some groups of pheromones. From my observations, there seem to be a definite pattern of people who are responsive to either ANOL/A1 or NONE/EST.

**@Spaceland or CTTM users**
If you own either/both A1 & EST, do you see better responses from men/women when using -nol products with A1 or -nol products with EST?

**@Ammo or TUTH users**
If you own either/both A1 & EST, do you see better responses from men/women when using -none products with A1 or -none products with EST?

Thanks.
