I’ve always had a sick fascination with things like neurology, the nature of conciousness (which I believe to be omnipresent), and how subjective perception/misperception within conciousness can be effected by neurological conditions. So much so I used to read books like “the man who mistook his wife for a hat”, so I had heard about, and was vaguely aware of what Synesthesia is.

I’m sure most here have the same basic information as to what Synesthesia is as I do, but here’s a link to the Synesthesia wiki page, and a video for those who aren’t familiar with Synesthesia and are interested:

> **[Synesthesia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synesthesia)**
>
> Synesthesia (American English) or synaesthesia (British English) is a perceptual phenomenon in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to involuntary experiences in other sensory or cognitive pathways. Synesthesia can manifest as a bridge between the five traditional senses, though it can also include other perceptions, such as nociception, thermoception, chronoception, and interoception. People with synesthesia are referred to as synesthetes. Awareness of synesthetic percep...

Well, I think I experience Synesthesia with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), although I have no other form of Synesthesia what so ever. Oddly enough I have no Synesthesia reaction to the more popular, well known pheromones (like the nol’s, -none, rone, etc), so I never experienced any form of Synesthesia when I was new and playing with just the consumer products. It was when I started exploring the putatives I started noticing Synesthesia. I can still remember the first time I sprayed myself with p74, and instantly and vividly I had this mental image of a light green colour. I still get this consistently, every time I wear p74 or even when I just think about p74. I think I can pretty much tell if p74 is in, or not in a mix just by my Synesthesia reaction.

I thought at first because my Synesthesia seemed to be related to the putatives only, that I wasn’t experiencing pheromone Synesthesia, but the common from of Synesthesia, where numbers (or letter) are interpreted as a colour, i.e; I was interpreting the putative numbers as a colour. I changed my mind when I also experienced Synesthesia with the experimones. My most vivid, consistent reactions are:

p74 - light green
TAC - light blue
TAF - crystal clear, colourless
p86 - warm yellow
p94- the same warm yellow
TAA - a more crisp yellow
p78 - a deep, ugly purple
p93 - the same purple
p79 - similar blue to TAC but lighter still

I’m still not sure if I’m actually experiencing real pheromone Synesthesia, or if I’m actually experiencing Synesthesia from the feelings pheromones evoke in me, i.e; I’m seeing colours associated with feelings, rather than the pheromones themselves directly communicating with the brain. It would make sense, as generally the colours I see are similar to the emotions the pheromone evokes.

Having said that though, could it actually be possible that, some pheromones deliberately (as their evolutionary purpose) actually impose a mild form of Synesthesia upon everyone exposed. And we here are utilising their perception bending/amplifying/enhancing properties?

I’ve never really seen pheromone Synesthesia duiscussed much before, so I don’t know how common it is amongst us. Any other ‘suffers’? For me it is purely colours, I know evolver once mentioned sounds, anyone else with different experiences?

very interesting. this reminds me of a chemical auditory remembrance that afflicted me.

Say i would listen to a Beatles song 12 times and every time i would listen to it i would be high on Valium. now 1 year later i listen to the same song sober and feel the effects of Valium.

That fucker pavlov and his damn dogs beat me to the copyright on the effect.

hmmmm… this is intensely amazing my friend.
I think what you are experiencing is a form of cellular muscle memory. its the effect of the mone which produces the color in your head because that is what you initially thought of. Its like every time i smell butterscotch i think of the color plad. The some peoples logic centers like to assign colors to things to make them familiar and make remembrance easier.

It would all depend on the intensity…

Edit: wildflower are you majoring in the sciences?

A lot of musicians try to do this on purpose.

It is how some get perfect pitch. They relate a certain note to a color, and every time they hear it they think of that color and therefore know the note. I know its not the same thing, but this is the first time I have ever heard of this happening naturally.

Wildflower, I too believe that consciousness is omnipresent. Some scientific books I would I would highly highly highly recommend that will blow your mind are 1) “Entangled Minds” by Dean Radin 2) “Science and the Akashic field” by Ervin Laszlo. The authors are highly recognized scientists not new age BS…

Regarding Synesthesia, while I don’t know if it was ever tested with Jimi Hendrix but I know he used to write his music in colors instead of musical notes. He also played guitar lefty. And by many accounts, the man was a pure genious. So if you think you have some sort of Synesthesia, then perhaps you are too..
BTW, great video - I love how they play radiohead throughout it 🙂

Nice!! Look forward to chatting with you about it WildFlower. Get ready for those books to blow your freakin’ mind! Start with “Entangled Minds”.

A came to a realization last month before accidentally finding this thread: P74, betanol and IH have embedded colors into my mind. Only these three. Whenever I think of or see the letters/words, use the item or see the bottle, 74 evokes the color purple. My mind thinks it is the purple [pheromone](https://a314.com/). IH and betanol are blue. All mones I’ve ever looked at are clear or slightly yellowish. My brain is convinced these three are blue or purple. Logic will not remove the embedded association between the color and the word. I think or write these, I think (but don’t see) the colors. They evoke, sometimes, an image of purple or blue velour fabric.

I have never seen this thread at all and didn’t realize that this happened to othe people aswell, Iv never mentioned anything before because I thought it was just me.

For me its

P74 - purple
P75 - charcoal grey
P79 - yellow
P83 - green
Betanol - deep pink
P93 - flamingo pink
Erone - light grey
Taa - light blue
A1 - deep red
Alphanol - orange
Tac - white
[P130](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p130/) - white

I think this concept has tremendous potential. You and I both seeing P74 as purple seems an unlikely coincidence. However, I wasn’t aware pheromone or olfactory to visual syn. was even documented scientifically. However, anecdotally, it exists. I might have to do a academic journals full text search at a college library. You see, I think the “crush” or fallout thing, P74 and syn. are connected. Some of you probably see where my mind is going with this vis a vis NLP, etc. What you’ve got here is more or less an embedded pheromone command or post-hypnotic suggestion. I get 74 “purple” syn. even just thinking about the molecule. I have further cross tests with this, IH and other mones coming up in July once an order ships. If 74 is hypnotic, perhaps TAK is it’s opposite? I’ll be damned if TAC isn’t the “sister” to brother P75 or None. 🙄

IIRC, Radin worked at Princeton. Mass consciousness. Somehow the group mind thing seemed connected to quantum mechanics. Another man at Cambridge looked at how dogs knew their owners would come home, even though there was no visible mechanism to explain precognition. Groups of people were able to manipulate random number generators. Wasn’t TAK the “group think” molecule?
