I just received my pheros today, I purchased [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and TUTH. I recieved IO as a free gift, Thanks 🙂 I am off to work with 1 spray IS and 1 spray IO on my wrists and neck. It is rainy outside, I hope things go good 🙂

I feel so much better when I wear my [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I feel way more confident. I do things I wouldn’t normally do. I like myself alot more. It’s only been a few days, and I’m not gonna lie. My life is a hell of alot different than it was. I am impressed.

I would go easy on TUTH… and use a lot of IS and IO  
1x TUTH + 2x IS + 2x IO… sounds good? 😉
