# Pheromone use after exercise question

Hi, After exercise if i wash my wrist and other areas where i will [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) on would that not make non none pheromones convert to none.And would you recommend me spraying ammo after exercise i am 17 years old.

I got ammo,is ,tuth , io ,ih ,ig.

How about just actually showering, or is that not an option for some reason?

Oh was going to include that thought i did Can’t shower cold water.
