I just read Tisha’s story about a really creepy guy pulling some scary stuff on her in this thread: [Pheros got me kicked out of yoga class](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheros-got-me-kicked-out-of-yoga-class/20108)

It made me want to bring up an issue I have been thinking about since I starting reading this forum: If certain [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) make men out of control aroused, and certain pheromones (P83) reduce inhibitions or get people to interact with you and talk to you (Openness, CTTM), doesn’t that potentially create some dangerous situations? There are a lot of men out there whose inhibitions I do NOT want to reduce. And of course, there are a lot of men out there who seem like nice guys but could be really sketchy. (For example, they say that 80 percent of women who are raped know their attacker.) 😮

Of course, I know that the majority of men are good people and I don’t mean to offend anyone here :o, but as a woman this is something I have to worry about. Especially because in my life I can’t avoid walking home down a dark street at night. Or being on empty trains alone really late. Or getting a ride home with a stranger (a cab driver). I don’t want to be completely paranoid here, but am I putting myself at risk using sexual pheromones in situations like these? (As in, I applied the pheromones earlier in the evening to go out and now they’re still on me when I head home alone.) Has anyone here ever run into trouble using pheros? 😕

One last question: I was thinking of keeping some pheromones handy for when I do have to walk through rough neighborhoods or take a cab home intoxicated. If I used several sprays of an A314 derivative and maybe a little TAL would that make me seem tough? (I must make a lot of TAH naturally because I have a very innocent and vulnerable vibe on my own.)

There’s always some nutjob ready to fall off the fence with the slightest encouragement. Maybe it’s the way you walk, the sound of your voice, scent or your low-slung jeans. However you can’t go through life paranoid about such matters or you’ll never have any fun. You’ll live in a prison of your own design. Just use a little common sense and you’ll be fine.

Even men can get in trouble wearing mones. As a noob I had several female crazies set upon me while wearing way too much NPA (lesson learned). One was an actual stalker and really gave me a hard time. Didn’t stop me from wearing mones. I merely learned more appropriate times and places to wear particular ones.

Yeah, for sure, pheros are omnidirectional and you can’t pick and choose who may be affected by them. But, also, enhancing one’s visual appeal is omnidirectional, and when you’re out and about you may get noticed by the wrong sort of men just as much as the right sort of men. If you’re dressed up to look really hot, and going out on the town, then presumably you are aware of the safety issues involved, and keep a certain type of awareness about your environment and the people in it. And your visual appearance on people’s radar will register long before any pheros do. I think that is probably the case with the scenarios of walking down an empty street or being on a train.

And I would imagine that the majority of these opportunistic creeps are motivated by the simple fact of a woman being alone, regardless of how she is dressed/made up/what scent she is wearing. Well, if you frequently take such journeys unaccompanied in places that are rough, you should look into all possible safety advice and precautions that a woman can take regardless of whether or not you intend to wear pheros, look glamorous, etc., on a regular basis.

As for the cab thing, are there any cab firms that are all female drivers in your area? If there is a university near you then they will know about such things.

Aww, it’s okay sweetie 🙂 You do need to be careful, but you don’t need to be paranoied sweetie. Most men are self controlled, there are a few that are quite…umm, well let’s say opportunists 😉 But I do get what you’re telling, cause I used to be a bit scared about it too.

Yea, there are certain places to use pheros and not to. For example if I wouldn’t wear eow neat or anything with alot of cops when I travel by bus after 9pm (cause certain areas in my city has the most weirdest/creepiest people -hell, we even have a brothel area- 🙄 really dangerous). However, I would wear eow neat/ extra cops in the morning…why? cause there’s alot of people around me, the streets are busy, my friends are beside me, so nothing can possibly happen, well the cops will make the guys horny in the morning, but sorry, it amuses me LOL! 🙂

It’s common sense like one of the guys mentioned.

Things can happen without pheros too, I have to deal with this kind of shit sometimes. There was this time when I used the taxi to go to the downtown city, and the ride was supposed to be 15mins, and I was in the car for 1hr rounding the area while he was telling me about how he found Indian women so beautiful, and described their body structure to me and started comparing (he did look weird too) … I did end up stopping the taxi at one point telling him that I needed to go to the atm machine to get some money to pay him, since I didn’t have enough cash on me (left the money on my seat behind his seat)…walked to the bank, and I RAN in the exit door and called dad!!! lol! Ever since I listened to my inner voice if I felt negative about something.

Then there was this random hobo creep guy (I had a few of these guys approach me and other women) in the metro who asked if I could give him company at home, and he wouldn’t let me pass by since he was blocking the way with his arms…And I wasn’t wearing any pheros, that was pretty traumatizing lol not all guys are like this, but there are creeps to watch for, and they are naturally creepy. Meh, I’ve got more, but I don’t want to scare you, just keep a pepper spray if you’re too scared lol And most of this shit happens at night, when I come from school, so cops should be used when you’re around your buddies/SO…etc, I’m sure you know better.

I hope it helps! 🙂

Hi guys. Thanks for your responses. I’m not the kind of person who thinks that if a woman is wearing a cute outfit it means she invites violence. There is an unfortunate belief in our culture that women who dress sexy must be “asking for it.” I don’t think that’s actually the way it happens and I don’t like that suggestion. I agree with you ntk that mostly scary guys are looking to prey on a woman who is vulnerable and alone.

However, I don’t want to underestimate the role pheromones could play in loosening a predator’s inhibitions. If I am alone walking down a dark street and someone who might like to hurt me is there, I don’t want to be wearing the pheromone equivalent of a sign that says “GO AHEAD ATTACK ME!” On this board there are a million stories of people under the influence of pheromones doing things they wouldn’t usually do–mostly in a good way. But I think it’s important to realize that there is a potential for bad stuff to happen from it.

I guess I just wanted to see how the women out there had reacted to this issue, and whether there are any pheromones I could use before going home late at night that might make me a less desirable target. I thought if I sprayed on some MX103 and/or TAL before leaving work or a bar late at night might make me seem more tough and less vulnerable, even if I had on [sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) from earlier in the night.

Hi msselva,

Thanks for your reply! I didn’t see it before I posted mine. I definitely think I have pretty good street smarts and of course would never put on a ton of cops before walking down the street in the middle of the night.

Let me summarize my problem more succinctly: **I live in the big city. I have to walk down a dark, somewhat sketchy street alone. Every single night.**

If I put on pheromones earlier in the day (in the morning, or before going out at night) would potentially threatening people I pass on the street several hours later be affected by those pheros? Should I try to wash off my pheros in the bathroom sink of a bar before going home if it’s late at night? Are there any other pheros I can wear to make me less of a target/more tough?

Thanks everyone!

This is a very sensible consideration.

Mot people here on the forum understand that the olfactory pathway is very important for communication. If you’re sending out a (artificial) [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) signal saying “I want to f—, anyone game?” it really may not matter too much what you’re thinking or saying. We need to be aware of and take responsibility for all our communications, even if they are artificial chemicals.

Some pheromones wont wash off completely with soap in one shot (I’ve tried it once until my arms were red lol! and I was still able to smell them faintly though). With cops, after you wash your hands they still smell (for another hour or two - I’ve tried it too lol, don’t ask)

Hmm, I know that some of the alcohol versions last 6-7hrs. So if you spray it in the morning at 10am it should last till the evening. Who knows your body chemistry is probably working fantastic with chocolatini that you can still smell it lightly after 8 hrs. And then there is this creep hittin on this gorgeous women -you- (well, I bet he was hitting 90% on you, and 10% because of your pheros). Now, if you had an 8 pack, more muscles than a man, rigid face (and if you used pheros) and walked down the street, lol the creeps would have felt a bit confused even though they felt that, most wont make a move, I’ll assure that she was safe alright -extremely muscular women are not that appealing to some guys- So there (that was 90% her, 10% pheros, did it help? Not that much, but hey she still got’em thinking lol!) Pheromones are just enhancers, they just make the better you look fabulous lol.

Well, there are no pheros that’ll make you less of a target imho. Yes, pheros can make other people out of place and do awkward things, but then it also depends on that creep too. Just because you’re wearing pheros and he’s feeling you, it doesn’t mean that he could take a chance. Pheros do send certain signals, but I think that strangers could wonder about the person instead of attacking them.

I would suggest you tal since it’s a strong signature, but too much tal could scare men away (and I bet you don’t want that), and some men are attracted to tal, others could get a bit more aggressive around you if they are not self-controlled. Anything could happen. It really depends on what situation you’re in, like everyone else said it’s all in your head 😉 If you feel comfortable wearing pheros on the evening go ahead, but if you don’t, - go with what your inner voice is telling you. Do what seems right to you.

Anyways If someone approached just know the basics

- kick the balls and scream fire
- kick the balls and run in a zigzag cause you never know (and then catch the cab)
- grab-twist-pull and walk away (he’ll scream for his life in a fetal position on the ground - poor fella)
- pepper spray and run (will drive him crazy, and he’ll run away)

lol, okay, I’m done with my lecture. This teacher is off to bed, Good night folks 😉

LMAO I hope I didn’t scare any guys in this forum “omg don’t run, come back, come back!” lol!

Ouch! Potentially you just killed millions of little soldiers. I’ll have to remember to wear a cup next time I’m in the city. Ain’t safe…

I understand that you are afraid of having more of a chance of being harassed/assaulted/raped while walking home wearing pheros?

When I started coming to this forum, I was a bit scared of guys spontaneously touching me. Now that I use pheros often, I discovered that hits tend to be more subtle; smiles, winks, compliments maybe a hug. Think of pheros as you would of high heels and a cute dress, but with a more varied set of possible reactions.

Men and young boys too are very often aroused without pushing themselves on women. Most guys have good manners and self restraint and would never force themselves on a woman. Very few men would actually attack a strange woman walking alone, and most who do, don’t do it spontaneously. Still, it makes sense to be able to defend yourself for such cases.

Most of these crimes actually do happen between acquaintances. One of the best things you can do for your safety is too avoid being home alone (his or yours) with men you do not fully trust, especially at night. The guy who insists on using your bathroom after a date or the man who presses you to visit him at home is far more dangerous than the stranger in the dark alley.

But are you that out of control? 😛
